The item was an open box item so i really didnt get to try the headphones because of the condition of them. I notified the store and asked for a manager to call me back and noone did.

For what they cost they could be a little more comfortable and sound a little. They are not the worse ones out there but they are also not the best.

Great bass and amazing look. Got them for a good deal! Not happy with the lie of 3 months of apple music it wont let me redeem my code because of the trial i had a year ago! And these were a gift

With Beats being the new must have item, they are highly disappointing. The noise reduction feature is a flaw as you can hear every single outside disturbance, the comfort is not what you would assume. Not a product that I would purchase again

Sound quality isn’t as good as beats studio 2. Rather disappointing. Thought they would have sounded as good as previous version but they worse. I should have bought a Sony brand instead.

Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth. Though it was maybe my device so I tried it on my other 2 laptops, same problem. If you are going to spend the money I would honesty buy the Sony noise canceling.

I was satisfied with all the button functions. The sound quality was fair. I actually returned the Beats Studio 3 headphones because my AirPod Pro have much better sound quality!

Constantly disconnect when paired to my Samsung TV Not very much base at all Build Quality is not good. They are not sturdy at all. Uses Micro usb for charging instead of usb c. Noise cancel on off button is so small and hard to find. You have to take off your headphones to switch it easily. Bluetooth constantly disconnect is super annoying so I am saying it twice. But other than that. The headphones are not bad. Definitely not worth the full price. probably worth about $140.

It could be just me, but these are the worst cans I’ve experienced. The sound had way too much bass, and even without the noise canceling, the underlying white noise was very distracting. With the noise canceling on, I got nauseous - this could be something not everyone has an issue with, so don’t judge based on that unless you have previously experienced this issue elsewhere. The build seemed sturdy, but I was not happy with the extreme pressure from the headband, especially given a “smaller” head. Massive headache after 20 mins of use. After 4 days, had to return.

I couldn’t imagine someone paying the full 350 for these things. I got it for half off and I returned. Wasn’t impressed at all. Guess they don’t make ‘em like they used to…

The headphones look nice but after using them for less than a week you can hear rattling in the right earbud. I’m going to take them back

I didn't like how tight the headphones were on my head. I was getting a headache just from wearing them. I wouldn't recommend them. I returned them and purchased a similar set by Bose, which are more comfortable.

Nice packaging and the product is built well. H1 chip works great. But sound quality is not very good at all. Upgraded to AirPod Max and it’s night and day difference.

I absolutely regret buying these. They hurt to wear! I wanted some nice headphones for wearing when I go on long trips/flights... after a short time time these things kill my right ear. Pain that lingers lonnng after I take them off. It has to do with the design of the top of the headphones, and their clamping force. Google it. Don't buy these! I wanted to return them... one of my biggest regrets was thinking they would "break in" or that I would "get used to them". Money wasted :(

Not a positive experience with this headset. Its giving pain after wearing it for sometime. Not a greate design with its price bracket.

My son loves these headphones, but every time I buy them the plastic headband cracks; this time after only two weeks of owning them. His previous set cracked after 8 months in the same place and Apple support insisted it was accidental damage and refused to cover them. I now have three very expensive headphones broken in the same exact place, yet the manufacturer insists it’s not their fault.

I purchased these when I began working from home due to COVID-19 in order to have some silence from my boys, but not after just a handful of uses the plastic started to detach on the right side headphone.

I had to return the item because it kept cutting out and i was not able to listen to my music. I exchanged for a differnt beats so fingers crossed these are better

I bought these because these thinking that they are Apple and Beats. I used them for a few days and was not wowed by their performance. Returned them to the story for a pair of Sony headphones. Haven’t looked back since.

I had the second generation of the studios with the batteries, loved them loud & bold these are a step down . It’s like apple took them and remade them for my grandparents. I now wear $20 wireless earbuds that sound better
