I think BB should drop all its marketplace sellers. They no longer have control over the product and process. This seller sent me the wrong color and then told me to return it and buy the right color even though they no longer have the stock in the right color and I purchased the right color to begin with! So I have to keep the wrong color as I do not want to deal with this seller at all. I’m sure the headphones are fine but this experience ensures I won’t ever buy from their marketplace sellers again.

I am disappointed in the sound quality. It really is no better than my AirPods Pro. At least they’re comfortable after the break in period.

Have used these on several occasions, most being plane rides. They are comfortable and provide great noise cancellation on a plane or on the office.

Love these headphones i use them every day at work. At times the noise canceling goes in and out but that’s every once in a while.

I've had these headphones for ALMOST a month now and it's... okay. The plastic is soft touch so it's not only pretty to the eyes but feels great and wipes off any mess fairly easily. It can bend and twist to some degree but the plastic will pop from the hinge. Hinges are really loud when folding or opening but not a big con. The headphones are loud but the battery life is below average when it's played on 100% constantly. The mic is great quality and it syncs amazingly with apple products. A big con would be when the battery is low you get a lot of disconnects. It's just for a split second but it will fade in and out here and there. Nothing that you couldn't ignore but it gets irritating if you use these headphones for video editing and every second matter. Which brings another point- it has no audible lagging. So that's a huge pro for video editors. But... for the price? I think you can find better quality headphones that not only last longer but have crisper sound quality. The noise-canceling aspect of the headphones is... okay. You still hear a lot of noise around you and it a little irritating. Almost like someone breathing in your ear softly the whole time. The biggest con out of all of it would be with how much HAIR it will YANK from your head. As mentioned the plastic is a soft touch and it feels great for your FINGERS. If you plan to use these and do any exercising make sure your hair is superglued to your head because if not it will RIP chunks out.

Great sound, comfortable and stylish. Ear bud type headphones have their place but can’t touch this sound & comfort.

Sound great. Connect easily the first time, but then began experiencing connection issues. They would connect and later disconnect after a couple of minutes. Tend get pretty heavy after continuous usage. Battery life is great.

I am glad I purchased these when they were on sale. The noise canceling is great they hold charge long and look nice great quality
