I get distracted easily (dogs barking, car noises, etc.) so I use them for work, to study and sometimes to sleep. They help me focus with the noise canceling feature. With the built in microphone I can use them for zoom meeting, taking calls, online training and live classes. I also use them to listen to music and to watch movies and the sound is unbelievable!

This is my second pair. My first pair was stolen just after I bought them and figured I would just replace them with something cheaper. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend these to anyone that loves music. Great sound quality and no outside noise is getting between you and your music. These also work great for talking on the phone.
