Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is great, however, Best Buy Customer service is TERRIBLE. You can not talk directly to the store. All communication is outsourced overseas. The first guy told us to talk to the store directly and gave us the same number we dialed that reached him. The Second Lady got mad and said the stores don’t take direct calls, told us “good luck” then hung up on us. The third person attempted to be helpful but couldn’t find anything. Each call started with 15-20 minutes on hold before reaching anyone (over 1 hour for me!!) I would recommend going to a different store after this experience.
