I was told to pick them up at the store and received text instructions of what to do when I get there. (13Apr20) When I arrived at your store, I pulled into any parking spot and got confused of where to park. A young kid ran up to my car and asked if I needed some help. I really did because i had no idea where to park! I explained I ordered my husband some headphones and he asked for my license. I looked and looked while this poor kid stood out in the howling wind and rain while I fumbled for my license. I appologized and he kept smiling and said, no worries. I finally found my license and he ran and got my headphones He thanked me and told me to be safe. I felt bad and tried to give him a tip and he said he could not take my tip. Atleast he gave me his name. I would like to let you know Aiden is a wonderful kid and displays what we need in this crisis, a great attitude. I hope you can recognize him because he has reflects great credit upon your store. Jodi Brown

They are not (WHITE) like they advertised.. they like a really light blue. Tried to get a exchanged not a refund. But they said i cant getit because it was passed the 15 days window. But i explain it was a Christmas gift for my son. And before we rapped it my wife open it to see it. And saw the color was off. So i wanted to exchang it. Simple...
