Incorrect item received/delayed refund process

Buyers should be cautious with marketplace purchases because the store will not assist with returns. I mailed the item back the morning after receiving it on January 24 and have confirmation it was delivered. I am still waiting on my refund and have not received a single response to my emails. This has been very disappointing.

Much longer battery life than older model

Those were great, except the battery life was not too good. I had to charge the headphones often to the point I had to do so daily for my train commute. I decided to try the new model and I have been pleased. The headphones last a full week on one charge commuting back and forth to work on the train.

I find them very efficient for my purposes...music and social media...or cancelling out the neighborly noise. I had hoped to use them for conference calls as well and although I could answer a call, the sound was a little hollow and the caller could not hear me very well. The headphones do come with a wired cord; however, the iPhone, as you probably all know, no longer has a place to plug in headphones.
