these headphones are amazing, I also have the Bose qc 35 and the noise cancelation on these are not as great but they do have amazing bass which is what I like.

I have used cheaper headphones, some are good, some are bad. When I got the Studio Wireless 2, I was happy with the sound, but not happy with the noise cancelation. When I got the Studio Wireless 3, I was blown away. The sound is great, and when I have these turned on, I cannot hear people talking right behind me, even with no music playing. The battery life is almost double of the Studio 2, and I loved the battery life of those headphones. The headphones are on the whole time I am at my desk. They are on between 5-7 hours a day, and I charge them once every 8-10 days or so.

They are competitive compared to Bose, usually Bose are better but they incorporate well in the Apple Ecosystem. If hoy are a Apple fanboy this is non brained option over Bose. For the price they have the Apple ecosystem tag.

So listen...Beats has a bad reputation for being overpriced and not sounding that great. I will admit, these do not sound as good as my V-Moda Crossfade M-100s, which I prefer in just about any genre of music to the Beats. But those aren't bluetooth and don't have a W1 chip. The reason to get these is if you want NR headphones that work great with iPhone's. The W1 chip is truly awesome, as I never have signal loss nor hear artifacts or other weird things that sometime happen with Bluetooth headphones. The noise reduction is good, and they are comfortable to wear. They simply work really great with an Apple phone, but I don't think I would buy these again if I had the choice, or if I was on Android. As for price, I paid under $200 for them on sale, and for that price I think they are okay. I would not pay full price for these as the sound quality just isn't worth it.
