    The plastics they use on these headphones is garbage. I’m not a clumsy person, but my headphones accidentally dropped 4 feet on the bathroom floor, and now they are basically totaled. I replaced them with a pair of Surface Headphones, and the surface sound 10% better, are way more durable and the Surface have USB C. I love Apple, but they need to improve the craftsmanship on these and replace the micro USB port with USB C
