Great sound but disappointing in the end

They were perfect for my soccer season to listen to music before games. However, I was highly disappointed when just a few months after purchasing them and maybe only 3 times of using them, my headphones started having technical problems with the Bluetooth. They only work when I use the beats chord which defeats the purpose of why I bought WIRELESS beats. I would hope that my product was only one of few that have problems, nonetheless, I was still left disappointed especially with the high cost of the product.
