Heaphones Stopped Working

I did not know I wouldn't be able to make them work, I mean they're compatible with all the other mobile devices. I was highly frustrated trying to pair them with my MacBook. Other than that they work fine with the cord it comes with but I kind of wished that capability would work with the beats off. You have to always have them on.
