Very poor quality and limited warranty

Within weeks the ear pads on both began to disenegrate and leave sticky tiny black pieces all over my ears and neck. I sent in for warranty repairs and one came back with a cracked shell and no repairs to the defective ear pads. Im still well within warranty and apple refuses to address the defective ear pads.
