BB sold me garbage

I gave to my husband a month later 12/25 for Christmas. Today 12/31, Just 6 Days later with barely any use They stopped working. BB will not allow an even exchange. BB did however provide full refund on the BF price. My husband now doesn’t have a xmas present.

Excellent headphones but.....

Quality remains the same but the charging port starts to wear off after some time (for me it was a little after a year). Product still produces great sound but now I have to position the beats in a precise direction for charge.
