I had previous models but I don't like that people can't really hear me on this when I'm using the phone. Beats are really getting cheap when they got bought out by Apple. It doesn't even have a wall adapter like it's advertised on the Best Buy website

First off, Best Buy really is the best place to buy tech from!! They are great. The Beats are a different story all together! I have honestly heard better sound out of Skull Candy headphones! Beats needs to spend less money on the extremely high quality packaging and looks and more money on the poor sound quality! Not all beats are this way, but I do not recommend these. They're not loud and the sound quality distorts due to bass at about 3/4 volume

Bought on my birthday aug the 10 2017 least then 2 months they don’t work won’t keep charge . Wil Best Buy exchge what do I do spent almost $300

This will be my 3rd pair of beats purchased from Best Buy the first two broke with one of the sound buds cutting out every 5 mins then one was full head set I'm waiting till the first to open these and timing them to see what the deal is

I bought these because I was shortly being deployed overseas, but at the best but store I was very straight forward about what I wanted and was pushed more towards the wireless ones than the wired ones, because "they still work the same plugged into the audio output" but they do not and I am highly disappointed in these. Yes I have reccomended them but I was very clear about the power problem. Also the case that comes with it will not fit the accessories that come in the box. So to carry them around you still have to stick wires and plugs in pockets instead of the provided case.

My only problem was the tightness of the headset on my ears. Couldn't imaging wearing them for hours on end. The sound it produces were great. Returning them and getting the lighter set of beats.

I read all the reviews before I made my purchase and I thought that I would love them but the base sounds muffled not crisp so I'm returning them and it's my 2nd pair in less than a month also the high's suck beware of the Bose qc35 the suck also

Sounds great but the fit around head is a bit too snug and is uncomfortable after short period of time. Wireless via bluetooth connection is also inconsistent and drops off during middle of playback

Disappointed the BB no longer offered ext warrenty

Battery life sucks only last about 3 hrs non stop.

The sound and the clarity is real good. But the whole purpose of buying a bluetooth head set is to use it wireless, but this headset is not good with connecting to devices

I got these headphones to replace a pair of beats solos and after getting them was kind of disappointed. The noise cancelation was nothing special, I could hear everything. Also the sound was no better than my solos so I decided to return them.

The earphones work great, but the charger it came with has been broken since almost the beginning. It doesn't fit properly into the product and causes major charging difficulties. Huge disappointment for a big brand.

I bought a day before coming back to Brazil and just tried to turn it on when I was at the airport already. It didn't turn on and it doesn't still even if wired. Taking it back with me on Monday and exchanging it at the store I bought.

These headphones are ok. the have good bass and not the best high end on the treble side. The problem I have most with these is the short battery life. I've never been able to have them last the spec'd 12 hours.

Look great but don't sound that great for the price tag. Had to adjust the EQ settings in my iPhone to get them from sounding like the speaker was busted. Thought I had a lemon but it's the case with all studio wireless.

Had it, done it. It is alright. Don't think I would buy another Beats anymore. Would rather pay more money for a real headset. Still has my Bose is better. But, the Beats does has a better base sound.

I love the sound intensity but it's way too fragile. Bought my headphones in December and were in February and I already send them to apple repair because the sounds is on and off. Not worth it for the retail price.
