I really like the headphones but the battery is now at 10% max. I can charge the phones all nite and the headphones still only charge at 10%. I did drop the phones at 2' to the floor but no exterior damage was done.

Purchased theses headphones only to be blown away by Sony hdr 1000 which make these seem like the free headphones that come with iPhone. My wife has them now as Sony are in a different class for same price....

Very disappointed. Mainly due to the battery life. I takes 1 hour train to work. Looks like battery will drain almost 60% just for an hour. Crazy. I would not recommend this project.

The headphones broke almost immediately after 1 year warranty was up. Until then, they were the best headphones ever. Need to be made to last though

I was very pleased when I took these home and used them for a few hours. The sound quality is great. Not toooooo much bass, good mids and highs, overall a great pair of headphones. They are also VERY comfortable. And that matte black design is beautiful, although it doesn't attract fingerprints, it will attract oils. The noise canceling is actually a HUGE step up from the executives, my previous pair of beats. When nothing is playing, there is a faint hiss, but as soon as something starts to play, the hiss goes away and isn't noticeable at all. Some things people are complaining about are minor and can likely be fixed with AN UPDATE AVAILABLE ON THE BEATS WEBSITE. You can plug your beats into your computer with the charger cable included and find an update for your beats on the website. It more than likely fixes your problems with them if there's errors out the box.

Only worked a couple of months then either charging or the battery was dead- tried the remedies like resetting and updating firmware- but no- it did not work. I bought two of these for my sons- both have the same problem- These products are so poorly designed and over over priced- it has a design failure- either the battery or the mechanism to charge it is failing. I have exactly same problem with an upgraded Beats Studio. Not recommend to anyone- stay away- believe me

The overall sound was good. However, brand new out-of-the-box and fully charged the night before, the battery didn't last more than 3 hrs into a 7 hr flight.

I'm very happy with how this product works. Only issue I see is the material of the actual ear piece. seems to cause some movement when you sweat. which is common with running or exercise.

I bought the headset for my son. The sound is okay with a lot of bass if you like that. My son said he gets a headache when he wears it for more than 30 minutes at a time because the set feels tight.

I have beter expeirences in the early days of them being made. i would reccomend somthing else if yoiu are going to spend this much money on headphones. you might as well go with bowers and wilkens.

These headphones were touted as being wonderful. I found them OK and not anything that special. Especially for the price although I got them on a promotion. I wish they would've made a little better .

Had to return these- kept turning themselves off or disconnecting from blue tooth. Returned for new pair without a problem. Did have to get a different color though . Not happy about that but I will live.

Ok the bass sounds awesome in some songs but a lot the speakers can't handle them, my beats tour 2.0 ear buds sound better to be honest. Like I said I returned them it was a drag , at least Best Buy let me return them. I would not buy them for $100. Yet alone the sale price I paid. I hope they put better speakers in the new model. I had a pair of the old wired studio's and those same but muddy. Oh I was only using my iPhone and that's what they could not handle.

Called best buy because they won't charge out of the box. Told apple will not let them warranty them call them. Yes apple will warranty but takes over a week sad just about done with best buy

No charging block. Only got one audio cable (mic talk) and no cleaning cloth. I want everything that was listed as included. How do you charge the headphones with no charging block?

Not sure if I got a faulty pair, but these randomly disconnect from my phone, both when I had an iphone and android. They don't block as much sound as similarly priced headphones do as well.

Very disappointed in this product. I felt I was misled by Best Buy because this model was discontinued and I was not told it was being replaced even thought I paid full price for this model.

Don't know what they with these but the older ones sounded a little clearer. Bass was a little muffled. Mid's were not that great. Ok this time around. Was hoping for a little better sound.

I've gone through three different models of beats. These headphones sound great but that's where it ends. They're made with cheap materials and when they no doubt break, dealing with customer service is a nightmare. Its like they're trained to say "im sorry" and "no". I will never buy these over priced headphones again, go with bose instead.

Had an issue with a pair where one sides volume was much lower than the other side. Exchanged for a new pair that works great in wireless mode, but won't work with the optional aux cable
