Thought these would be the BOMB, instead they kinda huirt my ears and did not connect well.

I bought these for traveling. The were good but I ended up taking them back and going with the Bose headphones.

I would like to give a product review, but I can't since there were no cables included within the package. All I can do is review Best Buy's open box program, which failed me for the second time and I've only used it twice! That's 100% failure. I bought an open box headphone because the sales rep said that all open box items are inspected by Geek Squad techs and the full warranty is in effect. When I opened the box, I found that there were no instructions or cables and only the head phones were in the box. On the box exterior is a sticker which clearly notes that there are no missing items. Does anyone at Best Buy actually care about customers? This is my third problems in the past year. First, an apple watch I purchased through open box had been previously registered to someone else, making it unusable to me. Then a microwave I ordered arrived smashed. Now this... I would sure be happy if someone from Best Buy actually reads this and contacts me to explain why I should continue to be a customer. The headphones are going back tomorrow and I don't plan to purchase a replacement pair.

Sound is not as good as 2000 models, get the newer model sound reducing.

Wouldn't recharge after 4 months. My Bose has much better noise cancelling. At this price point, they are just average.

Really expected more out of these but still good I guess they were on sale so atleast I didn't pay full price lol

compared to the set a friend of mine has which is supposed to be the exact same model these are weaker. It doesn't have the same quality of sound. There's no low battery indicator while listening so they just shut off. You won't even realize it if you're talking on the phone. And if there's background noise the person on the other line can barely hear you anyways!!!

They are just uncomfortable around my ears. And it makes my ears sweet. Should have gone with something else

they are ok, but not worth the money. in 6 months had problems with the battery but apple send me a new pair.

Even though it's said over the ears but still after short time it start hurting my ears,not comfortable at all.

My headphones are messed up on me. It started messing up on me a week after I got received it

Too much base which is muttled. Not enough noise canceling. Just not neutral enough for my taste. Dated.

It just doesnt feel right on my head. It was too tight so it had to go back to store. Maybe will have bose next time.

Unhappy son. The beats studio came apart in less than a year. I'm upset that I must go to Apple.

Has the base sound but not durable. less than 6 months old and screw missing and distortion in one ear.

I got these as xmas gift & wasn't sure what to expect based on various tech reviews. Once I put them on the critics were silenced (literally). I was impressed with the bass as well as the depth and range of other elements. On top of great sound, they're easy to manage for travel and the battery got me through several holiday travel delays without issue. I've had several other top shelf headphones and by far these are the best.

For this price the headphones should be perfect.... But they are not... The sound stopped working in my right ear cup....

Much better for the price out there, only bought them because my daughter loves them. Try Sennheiser!!!

This is the second pair of Beats that have fallen apart over the past 3 years. The foam pieces fall off and get on my ear and head while wearing, and they have not been used while sweating - just normal wear and tear. DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES. Tried to get the foam replaced, was told it would cost $199...moving on to Sony for next pair
