so far we've owned these headphones for a little over seven months and they are junk. We first returned the headphones after a a couple of weeks because they wouldn't charge. Best Buy sent them back to Apple for repair. Apparently it was something major as they replaced the headphones. About 3 months later, we noticed they sounded like there was all treble and no bass. Now, one speaker doesn't work at all. I guess I'll have to make another trip to Best Buy to check on the warranty. Really wish we decided to save the money and go with Bose!

They're beats, so they're really expensive, but decent quality. I didn't like that I had to recharge the battery so often. If you don't mind that, then they're decent headphones.

First off, I rarely ever write reviews; ever. I'm one of those ppl that read reviews but never write them! If you find yourself reading this & wanting to know about this product then continue to read this! The New Beats Wireless Studio are sooooooo nice & work very, very well! I am highly impressed with them. They work so much better then the older wireless ones, easier to use and the battery life on them are great! Remember, when using bluetooth, the battery does die it quicker (I say they last about 12 hours on a single charge; as they are rechargeable with a MicroUSB), however these do come with the auxiliary cable to make them also wired incase you prefer that standard way. I love how easy they are to use, comfortable, and impressed me very much from the get go. I have owned several different kind of beats headphones in the past and I can definitely say these are the BEST ones! If you are shopping around in the market for headphones or a certain kind of Beats, these are definitely ones I recommend!!!!

Have bought three pairs of these headphones and have brought three pairs back. They don’t stay connected to my phone and the battery life is horrible so I brought them back

I bought these in December 2016. One year and one month, aka just after the warranty ran out, the side cracked and is about to totally break off. Typical apple product.

Broke within four months of purchase. Terrible make, not satisfied at all. Spent a good amount of money for a disappointment.

I received these headphones as a xmas gift. They play very low when using them as wireless but are super loud with the cord. I sent them back only to receive a "brand new" pair that had the same issue. Two pairs were sent back in less tban a week and now im waiting to see if i will receive another defected product. I am very disappointed because this is the first Beats product I have ever owned and it is not living up to any of the reviews. I chose Beats over Bose and I am regretting my decision

I bought a pair for my eldest child around xmas and he loved them so now I purchased this pair for my youngest child and they are amazing!!! Definitely worth the extra money to have them wireless! The sound is amazing and the battery life lasts through an entire day. The Bluetooth allows them to link to all of their devices so I can enjoy a peaceful home or road trip. The over the ear is perfect for entended use in comfort. I definitely recommend these headphones!!!

so i received a big bonus at work , otherwise i would have never bought these . i bought the regular wireless about a month ago and decided to return them because lack of bass and low sound . i bought these yesterday and charged them up right away . the first thing i tested was bass and how loud it could get . ( note i have a android . so the volume on the phone and volume on beats is different , like having 2 sound options ) i put on a song with very loud bass . the headphones started vibrating from how good the bass is . 5/5 stars ! . these headphones get very loud . i did not expect this at all . 5/5 for that . i took these bad boys to the gym to try them out . i started off jogging 2 miles without the headphones even moving . which is great because the regular wireless ones moved a lot . i than moved over the free weights and did some power movements . the headphones did not move at all . they are very very comfortable compared to the regular wireless . when the bass goes off your ears start to tickle . its like getting a massage . i safely put my phone about 5 feet away from me the whole time and had no distortion . i did a range test and after 28 feet it started to skip , after 45 feet it completely stopped . . i use a galaxy note 3 . overall i am very happy with this purchase and glad i bought these . i will only use for gym for the wireless and the loud music to get a pump ! oh and i dont know why the other reviews were bashing on the control panel . it works fine for me . maybe they had a lemon .

Bought this set on sale for $159. Returned these because the bass was horrible. Exchanged them for a set of the Skull Candy bass headphones and saved $50.

My Beats have not worked properly since I got them. They have power and pairing issues. Sent them in during warranty and Apple stated issues could not be replicated so they sent them back. Having same issues now Apple wants $199 to replace. I am an Apple user but Beats are not the quality you expect from Apple.

Ended up returning them for the Bose wireless headphones. Spend the extra money. Well worth it. Comfort is the biggest flaw with these.

I always wanted a pair of this but for some reason this product does not like me. I returned this because I cannot stand to wear this for a longer period of time.

Terrible! For the hundreds of dollars these things cost, you would think they would function normally. The right side is about 3 times louder than the left and we tried everything from updating on the Beats website to using them with another phone, to all the suggestions people shared on the web and nothing. So frustrating to buy expensive headphones that work worse than $3 ones from discount stores. Got them tonight and most definitely returning them tomorrow.

Headphones stopped charging after a month. Fortunately they were repaired by Apple over a 5 day period. Disappointed in the initial quality of the product.

I didn't like these because they are uncomfortable, also way too much bass, if you want a good set of headphones go with bose quiet 35 they are great

I brought these in August 2017 and here it is June 2018 and they are broken.. the plastic that holds the ear on cracked while I unfolded them from the case. I sent them in to Apple to fix and they say it is not covered and it’s $199 to fix. Their plastic broke and for $300+ dollars they should last more then a few months. Also I took super care of this and used them 1 to 2 times a week and was used their case when not in use... so mad

They have great sound, comfortable for long listening sessions, and they have good bass output.

I exchange a pair of Bose Q25s for these and it was the best decision EVER. Love Bose, but the noise canceling and volume couldn't touch these Beats. I am not the type of person to be swayed by just a name brand or celebrity in this case, but these head phones are excellent. Tad heavy for my tastes but I'm sure I will get used to it since I am switch from ear buds. both the Bluetooth and wired options work great. work with both my iPad and my Android phone. Calls sound a little odd due to the noise cancellation, but you get used to it after 2 call. I found these on sale for $289 and it was a great deal!
