I was very impressed with my Beats headphones. After the first day, I had to charge them. They no longer worked once they were charged.

Disappointed but not surprised. Sound quality distorts at high volume. If your planning on spending this much money on headphones, BUY ANOTHER BRAND. I personally purchased a Bluedio's UFO Plus Extra Bass headphones afterwards & was BLOWN AWAY. And they're cheaper in price than Beats. If your main concern when buying headphones is looking cool then buy these, if your main concern is quality sound & build quality look elsewhere.

The sound quality is ok...but you can't turn them up all the way...it causes the speakers to make a snapping noise like they're busted.

I have gone through NUMEROUS HEADPHONES. Bose, Sony, Klipsch, etc. This is the first time, I am trying Beats. They sound great! The pairing with my iPod touch, via Bluetooth, was a breeze!! The sound is "VERY" nice. Not to much bass, but yet enough to enjoy. I was a bit disappointed with not getting a extended warranty from both Best Buy, as well as Apple. But, after researching more, I found out that Square Trade warranty, will cover these headphones, with ADP, Accidental Damage Protection for up to 3 years! What a relief! There a bit pricey, so this gave me peace of mind! Awesome headphones!

Super but not for quiet places or quiet music

So far I have purchased three bluetooth headsets from BestBuy in order to find the one that I like the best. They are Beats Studio Wireless, Beats Solo2 Wireless, and Bose Soundlink OnEar Wireless. Here's what I think of each and which one I kept :
Beats Studio Wireless
- Gorgeous headsets. Really. Love the colors.
- Comfortable, though not Bose QuiteComfort comfortable as they have heft. These are over the ear so they are not in the same class as the on-ear I later describe.
- Super easy to use with visual battery indicator and software for Mac/PC to change bluetooth name, show charge, and update firmware.
- The noise cancellation isn't that great. As a matter of fact if you are already in a quiet environment and/or listen to soft music (classical, new age, space, etc) you WILL HEAR HISS. Not good. If you listen to any music that is busy all the time and loud (pop, rap, techno, etc) these are SUPER headphones with the best sound for wireless.
- Bluetooth connectivity was a breeze for my iPhone and MacBook Pro.
- I returned them because I couldn't stand the HISS in quiet environments and you can NOT turn the noise cancellation off.
Beats Solo2 Wireless
- Small compared to Beats Studio and lighter. Same battery visual indicator and MAC/PC software to change bluetooth name and update firmware. Very cool.
- Super sound for such a small set of wireless headphones. The sound is geared a little more to pop, rap, techno as the mids were not as pronounced during smooth jazz tracks. Great presence though.
- Cushions are large and placement on the ear is not critical. The cushions are also firm and block outside noise, but the firmness is a drawback since there will be pressure on your ears that will be noticeable after awhile. The great sound can make up for it, but I did have to take 1 hour breaks from it.
- Bluetooth connectivity was a breeze for my iPhone and MacBook Pro.
- Overall great on-ear headphones for anything but smooth jazz, classical, or any other type of soft music (it's still good, just not great) BUT I couldn't handle the heft and pressure on the ears compared to the Bose so I returned them.
Bose Soundlink OnEar Wireless
- Super light weight with speaker cushions to die for. Yes, they are like little pillows on your ears! Wearing these for an extended time is NO problem (just like the Bose QuietComforts can be worn for hours on end without notice).
- The sound is bright, crisp, clear, and with a sound profile that is more "flat" than the Beats. The bass is clear and tight, but not for those who are die-hard bass fans. With a little EQ you can get the bass up but I was plenty pleased without it.
- Did I mention how light and comfortable these are? Plus 3 more hours on a charge than the Solos2 Wireless?
- Bose case has compartments for cords where the Solo2's do not.
- Bluetooth connectivity was a breeze for my iPhone but a little bit tricky on my MacBook Pro. Sometimes it's hard to connect to my Mac, but never an issue to my iPhone. One other neat feature of the Bose is the ability to connect to two device simultaneously! So cool so you don't have to do a "switch" between your two favorite devices.
- I kept the Bose since overall the sound is much more refined for a wider spectrum of music (which is my taste).

The Headphones are AMAZING! Sound Quality is the best! Good Battery Life! I tried on all the other Beats by Dr. Dre headphones before buying these and these are the most comfortable over the ear headphones other than the Beats pro! I listen to music all day sometimes for hours at a time and never feel any discomfort while wearing these. Having the option to use them wireless is definitely a pro!

Do not buy anything dre beats. Absolutely terrible product since apple took over. Bought three different type of headphones from them every headset has gone bad after a year, and its a joke to get help through apple plus they charge you to fix something that was there mistake which makes no sense just a complete rip off. Find a different product don't waste your money.

I previously purchased the pros 5 years ago and was looking for headphones that are wireless and durable with noise reduction. I bought these on Friday and since i bought these headphones I have never taken them off. The beats and sounds are clear and the bass is lovely. I am very impressed with the "tuning out the world" effect it has done. Also, when you get the headphones, make sure you update the software for them. This will improve the features on the headphones and let you customize them with your own name. I absolutely love these headphones.

Open Box Headphones Came Damaged

I was promised that the headphones I purchased were Best Buy Certified. However, upon coming home and checking, one of the cables was damaged and obviously not checked before putting back on sale. I was not told of the condition the product was in and that it was only "satisfactory." Very disappointed and I do not plan on ever buying "open box" products again. Returning product ASAP for an unopened pair.

Decent headphones. But for the $$, You can find some better headphones, but they don’t have the “beats” logo.
