Label read "excellent condition" yet the cord was falling apart and the buttons were unable to click, or give feedback when using em, not to mention they were wobbly in their position. Open boxes n check items in store when they're open box resales.

Just purchased my second pair of beats and I must say that these headphones are so strong they will actually give you a headache from the bass. The bass is nice and taught, meaning tight. The fit is also much better than the 1st. generation studios. I actually use these wireless beats with a nexus 7 tablet running dual eq`s and all I can say is woooow.

This is the 5th pair of beats that I have bought they do not seem to hold up. The only reason I keep buying the is because my child loves them.

Within a week of use, the micro USB port became lose. I have to position the cord just right to get it to charge. I'm gearing up to take them back to the store for an exchange..

Only after about 15 days, the battery is not working. I used this fully charged headphone for 1 or 2 hours, and then turned it off. The headphone shows low battery the second day... This is so not what I expected from BEATS.

Never understood the hype or price - until

I finally took the leap into these beats headphones. I rarely use headphones - maybe a couple times a year.. and I could not imagine paying this price for them. I have never tried them, and did not even try them in the store - they were on sale, so I just decided to just make the purchase. I finally understand why people buy these and are willing to pay the price.. the sound quality it absolutely amazing. They are so light, the sound could not be more perfect.. my first comment when I used them, was.. "I would swear that Britney is actually singing" LOL. I don't see how anyone could have any regrets buying these. Its not about the name to me, it was about the unexpected amazement to the quality of sound and the feel while wearing them.

Sound goes in and out. I was told to call Apple and deal with them. It has been almost a year and nothing has been a resolved. As a long time customer of both brands, I am extremely disappointed.

I bought these online and returned them as soon as I got them. I was hoping to get a wireless headphone replacement for my old Bose headphones, but the sound quality on these is trash. Way worse than much cheaper headphones.

I would really research headphones and go with a more expensive brand like Bowers and Wilkins. These Beats do not go up very loud, very disappointed. Trying to do the firmware update has been next to impossible.

They broke after 1 year of gentle usage. Both sides broke and after some researching this is their biggest complaint, how can a $400 USD headphones be so cheap quality on the plastic? Hate to say worst investment I ever made.

Great headphones, but know the flaws

I got these headphones right after xmas and I went to multiple best buys looking for the best deals. The customer service people we so nice and helped me select the right ones (black on black) and they explained the difference. They also went to the back and brought out some gently used ones so I could save even more money! What a great experience. I went with the new headphones, just because. I will say to potential buyers. The adaptive noise canceling is noticeable when there is no music. I don't have anything to compare it too, but please check it out before buying. Also, the headphones require to be charged to work. But, I knew that going in. I hope you enjoy these headphones as much as I do!

Very good headphones but ANC is not upto expectation. Very strange way to start the ANC. You can go for it if you are looking for a headphone but they are charging us for noise cancellation as well.

This was a Black Friday deal. It was advertised only as Beats Studio and the boxes were placed close to the Studio3 display in the store. Instead of being Studio3s they were older Studio2s.

Best Headphones / Best Wireless Headphones

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

These are, simply put, the best headphones I have ever owned. This includes both the wired and wireless varieties. I connected these wireless to my iPad Air & my iPhone and they worked flawlessly. I was streaming audio from Spotify, using music on my device, and even watched several movies wearing these. Unlike prior Beats products which were made by Monster, these have very balanced sound. While the traditional bass is there, it is very obvious they are providing a much cleaner sound now. These are essentially the Beats Studio with wireless built in. This adds a little bit to the price, but this versatility is well worth it. I can use these headphones wired or wireless, which means I get the versatility of wireless but can still use them on an airplane or with non-Bluetooth devices like my Nintendo 3DS. My only complaint is the carrying case, which I felt was a little spartan; I wish it had a couple of pockets inside to hold cables instead of having to have them loose in the case. Otherwise, it is a solid case that will protect the headphones well. I have owned headphones, wired and wireless, from multiple companies including Bose. These have replaced by QC15 headphones as my go-to for noise cancellation, although I still use my QC20 at the gym. I was hesitant to buy these after buying and returning a pair of the old Beats Wireless headphones. However, looking them over I felt like the chance was worth it since Beats has separated itself from Monster. Well worth every dime of the purchase.
