BeatsStudio Wireless

I bought two pair of BeatsStudio Wireless headphones for Christmas and they seem to work well. After the second use, the back cover of the RemoteTalk cable just fell off (was laying in case). After further observation it looks as if one of the tabs broke off (doesn't seem to be built well). Called Beats (Apple) for support and they stated it wasn't covered due to physical damage. In short, I was told that any physical damage (something just falls apart) on the headphones or accessories is not covered under warranty. As I stated, these were only used twice and look brand new. Seems like a splendid warranty program.

Like Throwing Money Out the Window DO NOT BUY

I purchased these at the North Brunswick, NJ location. Within 1 year and 8 months they stopped charging and I only used these for Travel Twice a year max and a few times at home. Luckily this is before apple acquired them and I had purchased a Warranty through Best Buy. I purchased another pair but was told that their is no warranty since apple acquired Beats though Best Buy nor Through Apple. 1 year and 7 months after the second pair I purchased they yet again stopped charging on me. I thought I was covered since a Best Buy associate had told me there was a 2 year Manufactures Warranty, however it was really only one year which I only found out after there was a problem.. Best Buy took no responsibility for the fact that I received incorrect information from one of their employees and Apple does not repair these and after the 1 year Manufacturers Warranty will only offer a new pair for another 200$ on top of the 379.99 I had already Lost. If you can afford to purchase 400$ headphones once a year by all means spend away, but if you are someone who wants a quality product that lasts DO NOT BUY BEATS! There are many less expensive brands that are wireless and Bluetooth enabled that work just as well. Just make sure to read the fine print about the Manufacturers Warranty and do not go buy what Best Buy employees tell you as they do not seem to know what they are talking about. Had another issue with a Microwave where the associate was wrong on that Manufacturers Warranty as well. My experience was truly horrible and Best Buy nor Apple offered anything for compensation other then saying they were sorry. Sorry though does not make one feel better that there money was literally thrown out the Window. Beats Headphones are poorly made, low quality with a hefty price tag. Try the Sony's for way less money and an available warranty, but may want to purchase from a retailer who provides a better customer experience! PS Elite Plus does not get you better customer service it only gets you more points when you spend a lot in a year to make such a status. I would not recommend these to any friend or family member what-so-ever.

Bought the first pair of the Beats Studio 2 and out of the box they would not charge. Took back to the store, exchanged for another pair that wouldn't go into pairing mode. I exchanged those for Bose.

Worst headphones ever

These are the worst noise canceling headphones ever. All the 4 or 5 star reviews you see online about this products have to be fake. I just got these headphones today 11/26/16 i'm writing this reviewing after getting home an hour later. I don't understand how these have feature called noise-canceling as the noise canceling feature produces a hissing noise comparable to a jet engine. Not only that but you can still hear everything in the background in addition to the hissing noise (which by the way will give you the biggest headache of your life). If you want to turn of the noise canceling feature, you can't. You don't want to waste battery and just use the headphones are in wired mode, well too bad they have to be turned on. DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES AS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY. Im returning these after only an hour of having bought this product. I don't have a recommendation as to what noise-canceling headphones you should buy because these are the first ones I have tried and don't know of any others. But, I certainly don't recommend them to anyone.
Also, the hissing noise doesn't disappear after playing music, it some how increases it. I don't know if these might be a defective unit or what by i'm not going to waste my time trying another pair. If this is a normal thing with these headphones then it is a flawed product that should be worth $50 at most.

With less than two years of use this headphone is with the earcushions destroyed and the headband is broken.
After searching the internet about this product, I saw that thousands of people are having the same problem.
It is a very expensive product to be so fragile.

apple has changed the contents on the box, see their website for more accurate description. don't expect a power adapter, separate 3.5 cable, or cleaning cloth. They have Apple'd the package, expect to buy those separately from now on. BestBuy should update the description.
Beats Studio Wireless headphones
RemoteTalk cable
USB 2.0 charging cable (USB-A to USB Micro-B)
Hardshell carrying case

Studio beats nightmare

The beats headset has a nice sleak look and is very shiny. Definitely something that looks great.
I had to take back the first beats headset due to a clicking that would come from the speakers, this clicking sounds like the device recieves a lot of static or the receiver is malfunctioning.
The return process was quick and painless, kudos to Best Buy. I only used The first pair for a total of 3 days.
The second pair that I currently have didn't click right out of the package. It was probably a week or two in that I started to hear a click or two every so often, so I didn't worry about it. Its been a few months and it now non stop clicks all the time even if a song is playing or not. Now this problem really only kicks in once a song has played. If I call someone first, I won't hear any clicks until I switch on Pandora or w/e. I have used this pair for a total of 3 months.
I was going to give it two stars instead of one due to the looks but since it works as a glorified earmuff, I think not. The fact that having two different pairs with the same problem means there needs to be work done on the device before release. If I still had the receipt I would take it back.

It's great headphones but I don't why the right headphone is shaking or maybe like vibrating, even though I'm riding on a bus and/or car. The shaking affects the sounds..

wireless performance is extremely disappointing

I just picked up this wireless version of the studio's. The wireless connection constantly cuts off. That is the least of the issues. The volume is extremely low when connected wireless. I contact ed beats customer service. They informed me that there would be a significant difference in volume and sound quality. Going to return these for the wired version. Don't waste your money on the wireless version.

Sound great, but beware of pulsating right ear

After getting my headphones charged up, I finally got to try them. I immediately noticed a pulsating/thumping sound in my right ear that got quicker and quicker - almost like feedback. I have read online that the wired earphones had this problem, but that it was fixed for the wireless Studio series. NOT TRUE! I am taking mine back, and getting another pair. I hope those will be alight, or it's back to Plan B. Otherwise, just got off a phone call with them, and they are great!

Worst headphones ever used. My wife got me these as a Christmas present and I was very excited to use them. Used them a couple times until the battery died. When I tried to charge them, they won’t charge. After reading online about the issue, I tried to reset them, but nothing worked. Brought them to bestbuy and I was told to go to the Apple store since I did not have geek protection. Went to the apple store and they kept my headphones and sent me replacement ones. I got excited again, but not for too long. I used the new replacement ones one time for about 2 hours. Tried to use the second time and now they won’t even turn on. I will have to take them back to the apple store and figure out what’s next. It’s ridiculous to spend so much money and time on a supposedly high end product and not be able to use it more than a few hours. If only I had an option to return them and get different ones.

I bought these headphone super excited to use the for running. They sound great for bluetooth but on my second run the sweat killed them. They turned off and was not able to turn them back on. Returned them because I was scared to buy another pair and have them break down again.

purchased as a gift for my son's birthday. Fed-Exed from Beats to our house, and after he opened the gift, we could not charge them. Beats will refund money, but you need to reorder as separate item, they do not just send a new set. As an adult, I wouldn't touch these, but it is the item my teenage son wants. Hope I have better luck with second pair.

Easily snaps in half- cheap plastic
Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
DO A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH "beats wireless snapped" BEFORE YOU BUY!
The plastic headband snaps in half at the "pressure joint" and Beats will not stand behind their product.
After 6 months, mine snapped in half with little pressure, and I thought it was an anomaly, so I bought a second pair.
Three weeks later, the second pair snapped in the exact same place. Then I started researching online and saw all of the YouTube videos to "assist" people like me that had the exact same issue..there are actual businesses that have been formed (3rd party) to repair these headphones because Beats will not. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Beats "Customer Support" actually acted like I was the very first person that had ever reported this problem, saying they had "never heard of this happening before", and that they would "alert the proper departments within their organization"...which is double talk for "we really don't care, we just want you to go away".
Avoid buying these until the design improves...obviously, too much money to spend on a product that is structurally unsound.
