My son bought these just before leaving on a trip overseas for 3 months. He called me 2 days after he left and said the sound on one side was not working. I researched the problem and sent him several different solutions to try but nothing worked. Since he is out of the country and Best Buy only has a 15 day exchange policy there wouldn't even be enough time to ship them back to me to exchange. We will have to go through the manufacturer when he returns home which I'm sure will be a pain!

They broke but have good warranty on them. Apple helped a lot

Got these headphones as a Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately, the noise canceling function is totally annoying. Took them to Apple, which replaced them. Same deal. Despite online directions of how the ANC adjusts appropriately, the sound is always there. It's a hiss. Just like listening to a seashell and hearing the ocean. It's cute with the shell. Not cute with headphones. He gave up using them. I took them back home, given the huge price tag. Guess what? The sound is annoying. Sorry I made this purchase and not identified the issue in time to simply return them back to the store. This isn't a Best Buy problem, rather it's a Beats issue.

$400 Beats Studio Wireless one year disposable headphones! If you really like the Beats Studio Wireless headphones and want to waste $400 a year on them; this product is for you!!! Functionally they are good but they don’t last more than a year I bought mines and used very little and felt apart in one year, to be precise two months after one year, yes, not warranty coverage.

My son received a pair as an xmas gift. Two months later they will not hold a charge. Sent out to be fixed or replaced only to find out they will do nothing. Claimed corosion on a hinge. I was told florida humidity may have caused? Hard to pay that kind of money for a product that only worked for 2 monthes. Would go with Bose over this company that does not stand behind their product.

This is my second pair of beats. My first ones failed after one year. My second pair failed after six months and had replaced. Six months later they don’t work again. The warranty is void because there’s a small crack in the headband that has nothing to do with why they don’t work. They do not stand behind their products. Very disappointed. Will never buy beats again. I should’ve never bought them a second time after the first pair failed

Noise canceling is horrible on an airplane. Seems to amplify the noise. Doesn’t work as claimed. Music sounds okay. I regret purchasing these.

There was no charging adapter just the charging cord. There are no volume controls on the head set like the other studio versions that I've purchased.

This is my second pair of beats 3. I workout a lot and sweat a lot. These headsets do not last 6 months for me. Additionally, the headsets purchased from Best Buy do not have serial numbers on them like the ones purchased from Apple. The tech at Apple made me aware of this. As a result I wonder if the product sold by Best Buy is inferior or B stock

I bought this beats studio wireless and I'm really very disappointed about the product. It is very very uncomfortable. It make my head and ears hurt.(I only used it for couple minutes). I won't recommend this product to anyone. I will return it and I will just buy the bose headphones. I heard it's the best headphones.

Highly let down with these beats headphones ! Poor build quality, mediocre sound, and uncomfortable. The only good thing about them is they look good. The ear cup with the battery plays louder than the other side. For 379, that's a joke..... If you want wireless check out the Bose AE2w, speechless over the quality of these !

I'm kinda disappointed as in the discription of accessories associated with this beats , it's written that it includes a usb power adapter , cleaning cloth and 2 wire connectors ,whereas there was no power adapter , cleaning cloth and only on wire connector. Hence it proved that the product is unreliable.

Tested on a plane next to the emergency exit row and all the noise from engines was heard loud and clear. The noiae cancelling function is the worst I have ever experienced. If you want real noise cancelling go for Bose. That is all folks!

These are the worst quality headphones I have ever encountered. The ear muffs began to crack off the sponge. They are clearly just coated rather than made of fine quality soft leather. BAD

Worst purchase ever!!!! Don't waste your money! Stick to real companies such as Bose for your headphone needs

Be careful: this version does not have a wall charger.
