Great sound reproduction

He gave me a turn on it comparing the phones I have to this and all I can say it was night and day in favor of the Dr Dre's.

Love the headphones

These being over ear instead of on ear really fixed that issue. Noise cancelation is awesome too. Just all around always loved these headphones.

Good Headphones,but no way to turn off noise canc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One issue I have that I know 100%: There are 2 levels of noise cancellation, but there is absolutely no way to turn them both off. This may not matter if you use your beats during commutes or anywhere you don't want outside noise. If however you got them mainly for use in your quiet home as I did you may be annoyed at the constant hiss and other sounds that noise cancelling produces in quiet environments where it is not necessary at all (especially during quiet moments in movies). There are many wireless headphones that don't do this and probably the Studio3s (expensive at the moment). One other caution: there may be a way around it after research but switching between Bluetooth devices is a matter of unpairing the current device by pressing the "b" button on the headphones and repairing to the next device (via bluetooth in settings and choosing CONNECT). If I am watching Apple TV or on my MacbookPro and a call comes in I usually use the phone by itself because it takes at least 10sec (30sec average) to switch the Bluetooth. Studio3s have the Apple A1 chip and seamlessly switch between devices. Bose® - SoundLink® Wireless Around-Ear Headphones II will switch between 2 devices seamlessly and there are other similar wireless headphones. For $160 during doorbusters I can live with the hiss and laborious device switching, but wish I had the Studio3s fo sho. U already know!

I absolutely love these headphones. i wear them on my commute to/from work. The noise cancelling is great on the trolley. And on a single charge, they last the entire work week.
