I had high hopes for these based on the reviews. My primary use is for airplane travel. Although the sound is great, the noise cancellation is not up to par with Sony or Bose. They do a good job with constant drone (engine noise), but there is a lot of bleeding from people talking.

I lost my first pair and without hesitation I purchased another. The sound quality is amazing and I get the best of both worlds, great bass and excellent clarity.

The beats are good travel headphones. While not best in class in noise canceling they do an adequate job in this category and the sound quality overall is very good. Setup is easy and battery life is sufficient to get through a 12 hour flight

I use these in the gym daily! Love them don't even need to keep the volume all the way up. They fit snug which is great so they don't fall off. 90% of the time I'm wearing a hoodie with these on over my hood and the sounds still great!

The only problem I have with these headphones is they slide off of my head when I am working out. I think the reason they slide off is because the foam on the ear piece has too much give and makes the headphones not squeeze tight enough on your head. I almost returned them because of it but I could not find any wireless headphones at Best Buy that came close in quality. Just thought of another problem. When you take/make a phone call wirelessly, it is like the noise around you is amplified and you can hear it through the headphones. If there is music around you or semi-loud noises it is pointless to even try to make a call. With that being said, the sound quality is worth those other problems.

I wasn't a huge beats fan after the on ear pair but these are a huge step up. I feel isolated in my own world and it's nice not to have the cord in the way
