I have been eyeing these for a while, but just couldn't spend the cash on them (especially on myself). Finally got a great discount on them & I couldn't be happier. Quality sound from a quality brand!

I have been buying Beats for years. I would typically upgrade as new ones were released. Once I purchased the Studio Wireless I was content. The sound quality is unmatched, but the construction is questionable. The first pair of Studio Wireless I had defected after about a year, but I purchased insurance (which is no longer offered) and was able to get another pair. This pair is horrible! I got them about 2 weeks ago while on vacation and only used them once during travel. I tried to use them yesterday and one of the ears is going in and out. BASICALLY BRAND NEW $300 paperweight! I am so disappointed and also barely outside my exchange window. So sad

The studio headphones have good quality and no wires makes them great. In the event you want to use them with a phone for talking it comes with an inline mic for conversating.

Never been a fan of Beats

Their sound was ... overprocessed, and at almost $400 MSRP, overpriced. At the current price of $209, however, the narrative for me has changed. This generation Apple has cut back the sound processing, and the bass -- while still emphasized -- is not so much overemphasized. Sound: While not as natural as the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 ($350), these Beats provide a rich, enjoyable sound and are probably one of the better-sounding wireless headphones available -- as long as you're not an audiophile and a stickler for accuracy. Most people will have little, if any complaints regarding sound quality and will be pleased. Comfort: Again, not as good as the Bose (which are incredibly comfortable). Their comfort is still very, very good. They're a bit heavy, and I can feel the band on the top of head, but most people will be able to wear these for hours without issue. Quality: These feel much more solid and sturdier than previous Beats Studios. Top notch. Active Noise Cancellation: Disappointing. If you're buying these specifically for noise cancellation, you'll be underwhelmed. The ear cups isolate the noise, however, the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) doesn't really eliminate the noise; they just change the pitch. Sitting next to a fan, I place the headphones on, and the fan noise becomes muffled as the pads seal against the head/ears. Turning the headphones on (which activates the ANC -- which is on all the time when the device is powered on and cannot be turned off) changes the sound of the fan to a higher pitch, but it's just as noticeable. Unlike the Beats, with the Bose QC 35, the fan noise is barely audible. Another side effect of the ANC is that using the wired option will not save battery life, as the ANC is always on and continuously drains the battery while the headphones are powered -- and they always have to be powered or they will not output any sound whatsoever (no passive mode). Some people may also notice an audible "hiss" when the headset is powered on, but it's not noticeable once music is playing. I have a pair of Able Planet NC180 wired headsets ($70) that do just as good of a job (if not better) of ANC than the Beats. If you're buying specifically for ANC and the extra $150 doesn't bother you, the Bose QC 35 wins hands down (as does the QC 25 wired headsets you can find for $50-$90 more). Battery Life: No complaints, other than it's a little slow to charge. Fully charged, they are rated at 12 hours. You can listen to these all day and then some. Overall at the currently advertised $209 price point, these are well worth the money and I don't hesitate to recommend them (unless the main reason you're considering these is specifically for Active Noise Cancelling, then I'd say try for yourself and see what you think). Any shortcomings compared to the Bose QC 35 can easily be overlooked.
