I have tried different brands of noise cancelling headphones - specifically the H501 from the brand 233621 I purchased from Amazon. Beats noice cancelling abilities surpass any other that I've ever used - must have for traveling in airplanes; I didn't even realize how much I loved them until I took them off on a 6 hour flight and noticed the amount of external noise I was being protected from! Overall, good investment.

The headphones sound amazing and holds a charge for much longer than I had anticipated.

Cancels out outside noise, fits snugly, great sound. Just wish its battery lasted longer!

I got this on sale and this really met my expectations. The sound is so clear and I love the bass. I dont think the noise cancellation is working really great and its get a little uncomfortable when you wear it for too long or maybe because I have big ears I would've given this 5 stars if the battery (wireless) will at least last for 20 hours. It also consumes battery even if you are using it wired. All in all, if you dont use it the whole day, you should be good.

the noise canceling had a whirring sound that made concentrating very difficult. i do appriciate the ammount of bass that was output from the speakers, and at the price point it wasn’t a bad deal.

I reviewed these online and compared with the Bose Noise Canceling wireless. If I purchased them at retail, the Bose would be a better bang for your buck sound-wise. Seeing as I got these half off, plus a gift certificate, they were more than worth the price. The style is all there and the sound is great. My two cons are 1) the noise canceling is not the best and there is a constant slight hiss, and 2) your ears do get a bit warm wearing them. That being said, I can live with that as I preferred the look of the Beats vs the Bose and the price. YMMV, but I am overall satisfied.

I've had these headphones for the past month or so and since have had the opportunity to compare against other headphones. My thoughts: these are a solid pair of headphones that have a premium feel with above average sound quality and subpar noise cancelling. In comparison with the Bose and Sony competitors in the same price range, the sound just isn't quite as crisp and the noise cancelling has this baseline buzz that sometimes interferes with the music at lower volumes. Despite this, I think they're a reasonable value, as the price has dropped pretty significantly recently.

The sound is crisp and clear. Going wireless is awesome! No more wires to get tangled or broken.
