Wait for a deal

But I managed to get these for under $150 on sale. For that price you couldnt find a better pair of noise canceling headphones. They are still very comfortable but I can still hear some outside noise. The bose ones were complete silence. Beats always go on sale, please never pay full price for them. I probably have 2-3 un-opened pair around the house just because they were on a great sale.

Constant Hissing

When I first tried them out, I was outside. They sounded good... However the more I listened to them, the more I head the constant hissing sound of noise cancellation... it's not horrible... but definitely noticeable. However my friends said they could barely hear it. I think they are still a good pair of headphones.
