They were on sale and I thought it was worth the extra money to upgrade and it was well worth it. The noise cancelling really works well. Over the ear padding is soft and comfortable and the sounds are excellent.

Best wireless over the ear headphones

The ear cups are leather, they get pretty wet due to sweat. That's really it. They sound better than any wired headphones I've ever owned. The range isn't the best, best to keep device near by.
