Nose Cancellation is awesome but if you've never used NC before it'll seem word when you first put them on before any audio. Works great just to cut out nose even if you don't want to listen to music.

The noise canceling was great for me to help zone out into my workout. The sound of the music is so clear I feel like I'm in the studio.
