This item has stopped working in one ear and has been in use only since Christmas Day. It will be returned for a new one with the hopes that that one lasts longer.

I don't know about any of you but I'm not trying to spend crazy amounts of money on headphones every year. If apple ever steps up their game and truly make a solid par of headphones I might consider purchasing again...end result...I returned them and do not regret it.
