These headphones are amazing. Noise cancelling is huge, especially when in the gym getting in the workout. Tunes out the world.

Great sound, but poor bluetooth connectivity. After listening to one song, the bluetooth would turn off.

These have been great. I travel for work and they are necessary on long flights. I don’t love the case because it’s bulky.

Everyone needs a few diffferent headsets so you have a set when you are ready to enjoy some music or videos. These are prefect.

I haven't used the earphone much but the times I have used it, I can still hear outside interference. Based on the level noise I can still hear is why I gave the earphone a 4 star rating.

I got this 1 month ago and so far so good. Just the battery dies fast and the quality is not as good as wired ones but decent.

I was looking for the Bose Headphones. Bought these open box. Not quite as good as Bose but the cost difference made up for that.

I bought a pair of these and I had to return them because they were not working when wired and noise canceling function was not working either. Wireless was ok and music sounds good. This is a product that could have some defects and I really understand that, but what I do not understand is employees at Best Buy store look like do not know products they selling, I have had two or three instances where two employees have told me information totally different about the same product, rules to returns, guaranties, existence in inventory or they just say "i have no idea, but you can return it if you do not like it" i think this is not a good customer services and do not add value to Best Buy. I really like this store but I think it is time to look around for other options if they do not provide training to their customer services employees

Great for at the gym or wherever! They aren’t too loud either .. but they are loud, if that makes sense! Great purchase

I've got older, wired Sony headphones that last indefinitely because they're made of metal. The newer bluetooth Sony's I've had fail in less than a year-2 pairs so far (both entry level)-because parts that should be metal are made out of plastic, and just don't hold up to normal usage. Tried this Beats set because at least the physical design is different. And..it failed in an even shorter period of time. Only lasted me 2.5 months before the side split apart-just some flimsy plastic holding it together. I'm not doing anything unusual with these-just putting them on my head, and taking them off. If these were $30, okay, maybe I would expect them to be junk. But for almost $400, and they can't hold up to normal use for more than two and a half months? Hmm... Regarding the sound quality, I personally think they're a bit worse than the entry level Sony's, but have a better microphone for phone calls, and the noise cancellation is better. I'd say they're a bit less comfortable, but still fine. Obviously that's all compared to like $100 Sonys, not equivalent $400 models. You can also use them while they're plugged in to power, which is nice, although I guess you can't turn off the noise cancellation feature. I'd be fine with all of these, if they were just made out of metal like they need to be to hold up to normal use...

These beats are the best thing to ever happen to me. They're nice, sleek & comfortable. The sound that comes out of these things are jus crazy.

Great style in design I appeeciate the light up charging lights that let me know how charged the product is. Although there may be higher quality sounding produces beats is superior with product design.

I always thought beats were kind of overrated headphones because of price. As soon as I bought these I instantly fell in love.

The noise cancelling effect is very nice. Sound effect is very good too. It would be better if the battery can last longer.
