Controls work well but compression really hurts

They fit nicely over my ears and the controls work well however the compression in the left hear cup really hurts my inner hear. If I lift the ear piece off my ear slightly (breaking the seal) the pressure disappears and the pain stops. This painful compression occurs at low volume levels. If there is solution other then purchasing another product them please advise.

They feel bulky, made me feel nauseated. The headphones, themselves do not give that good of a sound. To top it off, they are not making any authentic feeling judging at the price point. They are heavy and very bulky. You cannot listen with these if you are out of charge even with cables. The construction seems cheap and the headphones are not totally worth it. I returned mine.
