The are ok at best

I took it to the store to return it but because I did not buy the "no hassle warrantee" they said Best Buy can't help me! Back to the battery Beats online, the gal could not figure out where the battery was and how to open it. She said it was on the right then she said it was on the left so now I get to go to Apple during the after Christmas rush to try and get it fixed? I've had my Bose for five years and NEVER had a problem!

Bad quality

After ~ 1year, the left side of the headphone is completely out. I expect more for their price. Now they go to a landfill. This is my first failure with this product, my 4th overall with beats.
