I had the solo 3s but one side works after only using them for 4 months. These are a little more pricier but definitely worth it. They are way louder and have noise canceling (optional) ..perfect for the gym. Yea people have their opinions on different headphones , but Dre beats are the best looking headphones.

I've had these almost a month now, but this is my 1st time using them in a noisy airport. As soon as I put them on the outside noise dulled. I pressed play and all I hear is the beautiful symphony of my music playing. The noise cancelation is top tier, way better than air pods.
