Good but not the best.

Only issue is the small earphones that fit on your ears, and they slip more than I expected. They do however stay on.

I purchased these to replace a pair of Bose QC 35s that are well used and starting to act up. I would say the audio quality is equal to the Bose. The Beats have a bit of a smaller ear cup and a tighter fit so they are not as comfortable as the Bose for long sessions. Noise canceling is where the Beats fall far behind the Bose. Other downsides are no built in microphone, so you have to use the cable with inline microphone to make calls. Also, these will only pair with one device at a time where the Bose can be connected to two devices (like you iPhone and iPad) simultaneously.

Weak hinge but great sound

The headphones are used daily for gaming but the point at which the headphones fold is a weak spot that always breaks. I have had this pair for one year and it is starting to break. Buy the extended warranty.
