I used them to workout but my ears sweated too much. Tried running with them outside, but the battery died in 20 minutes because it was 30 degrees. So I could only use them to listen to music in my living room and even then my ears got warm. I did love them, but I couldn't justify the cost for the little use I was getting out of them. I would totally take another pair.l, as a gift.
