first off, I bought them for use with video conferences at work.. they don't work at all with skype.. so I took them home to listen to Netflix. they make my ears sweat. but that's not the real problem, once they get hot, they shut off, may be an hour after putting them on, may be 10 minutes.. but they constantly turn off. I can turn them right back on but the volume is then turned down a little.. after two weeks one side quit working, tech support repaired them. after a month the plastic from the shinny part to the earpiece on both sides broke, tech support said they would repair them. I mailed them in and they mailed them back saying I was abusing them. if putting them on my head to listen to them is abusing them then how else are you suppose to use them. both me and my wife bough the same ones at the same time.. she wasn't using hers, so she gave them to me. I wrapped the bottoms with electrical tape, before they could break.. (I can feel the cracks under the tape now, but they have held together) I actually made it 14 months using them and the plastic underneath the metal looking part in the middle broke... I wont be buying beats as a replacement.

after approximately 5 months of use, i noticed a crack above the right ear cuff. As it is still under warranty contacted apple and sent the product off. They claim it was due to customer negligence and would not fix. This is a common problem, here is a link to the discussion on apples official website , several pages of users experiencing the same issue https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251263782?page=1 do not buy , ill never purchase another beats product again, apple will not stand behind their product, I'll be buying bose quiet comfort 35's later today

Broken in 6months. I don’t recommend buying at all. Went to Best Buy store for help, told me that because I didn’t purchase warranty, they can’t help me. Sent me to Apple Store, they told me the same thing.

Ok, got for my gym headphones. The R earpiece plastic separated in months and I'm currently trying to get it covered by the year warrantee. Wasn't able to buy apple care when I got em black friday and took me a min to look into it and can't get it covered anymore.

Sound is good, but these are made very cheaply. They feel cheap and will not last. Their warranty is only for a year and they will charge you for repairs. I thought I took very good care of these for 16 months and they still fell apart on me. For the price go with Bose and at least they have great customer service who will take care of any issues. Do not buy.

When I opened up the box, the case for these was coated in a horrible white film and loads of dust. There's no way these weren't used and repackaged (probably why they're $150 off). I cleaned the case, figuring they would at least sound good, and hey, a bargain is a bargain. These were NOT a bargain. The sound on these was so bad that I assume they were defective. No bass, sounded like they were under water, and certain parts of the music would cause so much feedback that I couldn't hear the voices or some of the instruments on songs (some genres were worse than others). I returned these. I am including a pic of the horrible case these supposedly "new" headphones came in (right out of the box).

For how expensive these are the foam pads should not crack and fall apart after 4 months use. Also can’t replace them! WHAT?!

Avoid if you have a larger head where you may end up extending the ear piece all the way, it started cracking under normal use and Apple wouldn’t fix it under warranty. Had a weird clicking noise on one channel that was sent for service prior to the cracking and it was returned without being fixed, the second time around I was told my headphone wouldn’t be looked at because of the crack, I would stay away

Quality sound with comfortable fit! Bought to use while exercising, but found that they were very versatile and began using them while cutting grass, doing chores around the house, and working in the garden. Unlike an earbud... they stay put! Definitely recommend!

My fiancé loved these head phones. They are extremely comfortable and fit all head types I’m not sure how they do it but they are amazing! Definitely worth the price! Came with a charging cord and case to keep them in! Highly recommend for gym and everyday listening when you want to zone everything out, you can also talk on the phone with them without any extra necessities 10/10!

Purchased these in November 2019 for work use. I don’t listen to them everyday maybe three times a week. Unfortunately, they quit working today July 30, 2020. Will only connect for a few seconds then shut down. Lose the tone when you turn on and off, plus the speakers are shot.

After one year we are on our second replacement pair of Beats. We have had trouble with the sound quality and the material on the cushion over the ear ripping apart while wearing. Apple now wants $200 to fix the second pair, which only lasted four months. Pictures show four months' worth of daily use.

Bought them 11/25/19. My son opened them on Christmas Eve. Its less than one month used and one ear piece snapped off. My son is 13 and loved those headphones. He was very careful with them. The price should have dictated a stronger product. One week past returnable date, since I bought them Black Friday. Garbage!

I bought this headphone for home use, within 6 weeks of mild usage, the outer frame for the headphone was separated. I didn’t drop it or anything thrown on it by accident. Apple support response was to pay $200 plus tax for repair. I will never buy beats products after this bad experience.

Worst headphones i eve owned! The sound is decent for music only. Calls are terrible. Not noise canceling at all, if you turn off "noise canceling " it basically turns on ambient sound some headphones have to hear your surroundings. It DOES NOT cancel anything out for the receiving party of the call. If anything it amplified the sounds more than your voice. You have to remove the headphone to talk to someone. The beats icon that shows its connected and the battery level constantly pops up to the point you have to disable that feature. The deley is horrible for watching movies and videos on a device using Bluetooth. The button that "does everything " is ridiculous. The batter drains really fast when its cold out ( 35 degrees) Overall not worth the money even on say for 150. I had $20 headphones that worked better

I love these head phones so much. They are beautiful. I’m glad I got them, it was a limited pair. Look all good over for this specific color. They sound amazing of course. The battery life is the longer. I really charge them and I wear them all the time.
