It is so good that when my husband has it on and try to talk to me he screams at me thinking I can’t hear him. So I understand that this beats are soo good that doesn’t get any sound comes to it lol. I got the studios because I'd only ever owned Solo's which kind of hurt after a while. These definitely have noise cancelling to a degree but not as much as Sony or Bose. However they still do a great job and the sound is good as well. Plus, couldnt beat the price (free)
