the battery has never last 20 Hours as indicated , but is true that it loads very fast Bit heavy Sound is amazing !

Great product with awesome sound, but your ears will get sweaty wearing them and the ear cushions will get dirty.

My son saved up most of the money to buy these Beats. He was SO excited. I was really worried that I could t buy a warranty to go with them. Now I know why... within three weeks of having them, the headphone started spreading out to the point that they barely stay on my stone ears. So, now we have a $350 set of headphone that would better fit a guerilla than an average sized person.

... but a bit heavy to use. Also, they need to be charged. Just plugging it in, won't work.

They are okay but not as good as the Bose Headphones.

They got ruined in a year. sound was good but flimsy.

Sound quality is great, but the headphones broke at the hinge after a year and will no longer fold. Using duck tape to keep them together and listen to music.

I ordered Open Box deal to save few bucks and received a BROKEN headphone. I am living in Manhattan and it took over a week to be delivered under COVID-19 quarantine. Then, it took over 3 weeks to get refunded. So, I cannot review fairly about the product. However, I don't like this OVER ears style - it took super huge on my head and I look really cartoon-y. I won't recommend to those who have a small head or women.

Beats are overrated. They are poor quality and overpriced. This is my second pair and they are not worth the price

They were for my husband he seems to like them. He wears them to work out

I purchased these for a event that I DJ’d because I left my set at home and these felt like paper and cheaply made. I get it if it’s for all day wear but besides the weight being to light I had feedback during the event.

Had to replace two head phones that would not work on the cord unless the head phones where charged. They should be able to work on the cord when the battery needs to be charge. Ended up buying a different brand and no problem with them. Not worth the cost of them.

Cost a lot and the sound isn't all that good. Much better products out there for less money. Should have done my homework.

Beats not charging so returning to store for exchange

All base sound. no good highs. Returned it for Bose QC15

I have been using beats headphones for the past 5 years now and no other brand has even come close to the sound quality and how less they hurt the ear. I haven't had any problems since the time I've been using these.

Theyre good headphones, big fan, except boy oh boy do these babies love to rip out hair. The material on the underside of the headphone clings on to hair and rips it out. If you can get around that, the actual over ear parts have a gap which also gets hair tangled around them and rips it out. I’m talking CHUNKS of hair. Good noise cancellation though and pretty comfortable while youre wearing them, you just have issues when you’re taking them off. Also like that you can turn off ANC.

I am very picky with my headphones these days, I decided to pick these up along with the Bose QC 35 and i absolutely love them both. Each has its qualities. Both have the comfort but Bose obviously wins that battle. Both have great sound, Beats wins in the style department and Bose wins Noise Cancellation. If i am traveling or relaxing i go with the Bose. If i am working out or going for style i rock the Beats. I don’t think you can go wrong with either choice.

I listened to the way these sounded at the store and I knew that I had to have them. I have a pair of budget noise-canceling headphones that were fine, but I wanted an upgrade. These are a bit more expensive than what I paid for my budget headphones, but these are definitely worth the price of admission. The sound is fantastic and the noise-canceling is the best that I've experienced in any headphones that I've owned. These headphones can definitely hold their own against the competition. Beats rules!

I contacted Beats as one ear isn't working even after a reset to which I was informed a $144.00 'out of pocket' I would need to send for my Headphones to get checked out-now IF they find a simple solution I WON'T RECEIVE MY MONIES BACK DESPITE THAT'S 1/2 THE PRICE TO WHICH I PAID FOR THIS ITEM!!! I like Dr Dre YET I'm not trying to make him richer next time I'll go to BOSE and this is only over 1yr old
