I purchased these earphones 25 days ago -- now the left earpiece has stopped working. I contacted Best Buy -- I'm over the 15 day return period. They won't help me. I contacted Beats -- I have to send the earphones to them at my expense, wait three to four weeks, and then receive a "factory certified" (used) replacement. Beats -- Never will I buy Beats again. Best But -- My trust in Best Buy has been shaken.

I purchased this new version of headphones because my original headphones urBeats stopped working. I use them mainly for running and this new 2.0 version keep falling out while I run. The plastic hooks that come with the headphones are useless, they make u feel like you have cotton in your ears making the sound quality horrible. If you buy beats stick to the Original urBeats or the ones that clip on to your whole ear. These 2.0 are definitely not worth the price. I'm exchanging this 2.0 for the clip on beats.

good sound, nice quality, its nice and good price!

I just flushed 134.00 down the toilet. I loved the product, until four months after I bought them and out of the blue they quit working. I did not buy the Best Buy plan because they told me that Beats had one of the better warranty programs out there. Little did they know that they would be sold to Apple. I was approved for and sent in for a replacement and four months after receiving the replacement, they whole "outer" part of the earpiece with the "b" on it fell out rendering the left side of the earphones unwearable. I will upload a photo later. I contacted Beats customer service and was informed that was a physical issue and that since they "still worked", even though I cannot wear them, they will not honor the warranty. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred, although by the time they got me to a supervisor, I had to get her name and number and call her back. I have tried to call the supervisor on six occasions over the last two weeks and she has not responded. I will NEVER buy this brand again and would not recommend them to anyone ever. I called BestBuy and they are going to see what they can do to help, although I am not too hopeful.

The comfort and sound quality did not live up to the big dollar hip.

Don't believe the hype that tiny in-ears can drive bass or sub-bass. If you want full, high quality sound then buy the over-ear Beats. No comparison...

As a DJ, I have pretty high expectations with sound quality. For earbuds that are $150, I had high expectations. For starters, the low end was not good at all. Also, the highs were lacking. My apple earpods have better overall sound then these. I would definitely not recommend these headphones. Save your $$$

This model is not compatible with iPad mini because of the poor design of the connector. It also does not work well with my Samsung galaxy S4 while it is in it's case. The odd connector with a flat edge on one side makes it hard to use with certain devices. Seems like it's time for a redesign.
