The earbuds keep falling out of my ears: they don't fit properly. The material feels like it is a cheap plastic. They feel like they can break anytime.

They didn't stay in your ears or anyone else's for that matter. Purchased as a gift and it's been over 14 days, so BB won't take them back.

Worse ear piece I've owned, the right side plays louder than the left, people having difficulty hearing me as well. Totally dissatisfied

I bought the beats earbud headphones for my son and in less than a month they stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody!!!

Coming from $40 Skullcandy Titans, these were an upgrade in every respect - except, the bass is a bit underwhelming for what you'd expect out of a pair of buds called 'urBeats' hailing from a world-famous rapper's brand. It's... implied you should be able to put these on and feel your skull vibrate from the bass punch, but in fact it's quite average in the most disappointing fashion, especially at $100. You don't get that earthshattering boom out of these that you would from the $40 Titans, but it's like-for-like compensated for in the lucidity and fidelity of the sound quality, which in my experience is exceptional for earbuds. I actually found myself listening to old songs with these and picking up all of these subtle layers in the music that, after years, I'd never noticed with any other set of earphones, or not clearly. The flat cables indisputably beat the fragile, snaggy cylindrical cables of all the other earphones I've had. These particular cables are designed to handle being scrunched up in limited confines without breaking or shorting connections the way classic wires do. That was the issue I had with every prior pair I owned; within months, one earbud would pi$$ out on me and I'd have to enjoy studio-quality music with half the layers bleating through the one earbud that still worked. To be fair, I've only had these for two weeks. No problems so far; hope they don't really break down after three or so weeks like some reviews are claiming. There's a one-year factory warranty on these, but I hate to be out of a pair of earbuds for two weeks while sending them out and waiting for them to return. If these are really worth the cost, they should last. I can't speak for that so soon into the purchase but the other reviews are a little worrying. I can't speak for the microphone since I haven't used it. The price tag's better justified for someone who needs to pick up every little crystal detail with excellent sound cancellation and good fit. They don't come out easily, probably due to the hard edges at the back of the earphones, which have a quality feel to them with the brushed metal.

Had the ear buds for less than 24 hours and they started to make a crackling noise. Returned them for black/red pair.

Started out great but they didn't last long. After a week the cord was shorting out and they had to be returned.

Im so shocked to say my urbeats were trash. Not worth the money broke after just around 2 months of usage.

I thought this was the best, but I only had a week and they broke. so I took back wasn't willing to try another pair.

I used to think my Skullcandy Titan earbuds were incredible, until my wife bought me a pair of these Beats. I don't put much stock into the "highs and the lows"; I just want good sound quality and these definitely deliver. You can't help but notice the deep bass when some dubstep comes on though!
