purchased 2 on cheap for $39 and $49. realise not spending a lot on a sound product (ear buds) but both my daughter and I did not care for sound. not rich enough. returned both and spent more on single pair of apple air pods

The sound quality was barely average , I don't know if it was because it was the low end of the beats product , but I wouldn't waste the money on them . If your using a android phone the controls don't work .

I returned these. They are not compatible with PS4 gaming system. The mic wouldn't work. Would have been nice to know before buying since I bought as a Christmas gift for my son's PS4.

For this price beats should have done a better job. Apple ear phones are much better in sound and comfort than these beats and apple ear phones are cheaper than these beats.

Had my pair of a few years but then they just stopped connecting to my devices and the Support team wasn’t much help...which is a shame cause I really like them.

Bought these for step daughter at Christmas. She lives in another country, we only see her a couple times a year. It didn't dawn on me to open them and test them. I mean they're Beats. So in March when she came, she opened the beats, left ear bud... No sound. I was a few weeks past return status. Best Buy wouldn't even consider replacing them. I'm a loyal customer and have never had to return anything, always satisfied. Needless to say I now own a very expensive piece of junk.

These are the worst earbuds I’ve ever used. They wouldn’t stay in my ears & I changed the tip to a smaller size & it didn’t make a difference.

These headphones didn’t last long. I have had them since aug and they do not work for calls. The other person on the line can’t hear me bc they headphones suck

I expected more from Beats but was disappointed in the sound quality plus it kept slipping out of my ear. Bought 2 at a big discount but returned both.

But didnt last more than a few months, one ear bud stopped working then the other ear bud fell apart. Not worth the cost...

I was hoping for big things with the hype behind Beats headphones, but sadly, they did not live up to the hype. I was looking for something to replace my Bose earbuds and the sound quality of these headphones is horrible in comparison, even with adjustments made to levels. I don’t even think they were better than the apple earbuds that came with my phone. Very disappointed. Spend the money on Bose if you are looking for great sound.

Beats by name only These headphones have very little base the sound is similar to very cheap headphones that you could buy for $10

Not as expected. It's hard getting the earpiece adjusted in the ear. The only thing that I like about them was the color (BLUE)

I bought it by the brand, trusting that it would be really nice.. It was written $100 and in promotion by $39 if I'm not wrong.. But it was a trap.. The quality of the audio is worst than anything I have had before. I purchase it few months back and just drop it in a drawer until now. But looking to it just now, I can't just get quiet about it.

they are great other than not lasting two years. the left earphone is already going out

I was pretty disappointed with these headphones. Not a great sound and I reverted back to my $20 pair.

bought for daughter and after 6-7 weeks the speakers quit working and the left one was making popping noises. you might as well buy one of the cheap ear phones as they will last longer and cost less. I will never buy product from this manufacturer again, waist of time and money.
