These earbuds sound great, especially for the price.

It works fine, but I find the cord from the phone to the ear buds to be too short most of the time. The ear buds themselves are a pretty good fit (using small one) - more sizes than other brands offer.

I purchased these so my son has "buds" for both his phones. I purchased refurbished ones to keep my cost down since it was a 2nd pair, and am quite happy with the purchase. They work the same as brand new, but not at band new price! And of course he doesn't notice any difference, so why pay more! :)

Bought these for my mom. Minimally useful, and straight forward. Sound is bass-heavy, so if someone likes that these will be appreciated.

Great quality sound. However, the lightning adapter began having problems after only 2 weeks. These days I gotta un-plug & re-plug a lot to even use it. Some days it works well, some days it doesn't.

I’m a bit disappointed with the Beats headphones. For starters, the packaging is not up to the usual Beats standards. It does make a difference to the consumer. Secondly, the ear tips that come on them are too large. Therefore, I had to change it to the smaller size. Guess what happened? My ears seem to have some sort of allergy against the ear tip. I don’t know if they’re made from silicon or what. I tried usually previous ear tips from my previous Beats but they were too big. Lastly, they didn’t come with a case. So you can imagine how disappointed I am. Now I will look into purchasing the wireless set.

I’m sure wireless headphones are convenient but it’s nice not to have to worry about charging my headphones I know I can plug them in anytime and they will work. They could always be an additional back up in case your other wireless headphones are not charged

the cord gets tangled pretty easy which is pretty annoying but the overall sound is really good just wish they would have done something different with the cord.

First of all I love this brand second this color was not available in the store but it was available on line with a huge selection of colors this is the color I really wanted and they matched the price. Best Buy you are the best.
