    I purchased. 3 sets of these. They were all similar. These were obviously an older set they had in stock a while. They didn't work from day one. The other 2 sets were newer; you could tell from the packaging. We've had no problems with the other 2 sets.

    I used these headphones for less than 2 weeks before the left wire detached from the in-ear casing. I used them normally. I even placed the headphones in the provided case, when I wasn't listening to music.

    I hope you didn't get the extended warranty because I paid for it and they wouldn't give me a new pair of headphones. What a joke. They just lost my business
