Being a certified music nut—with over 700 CDs and 13,000 songs in my iTunes library—I felt a headphone up-grade was in order at Christmas, so I purchased a pair of Urbeats in-ear headphones. I use them primarily with an iPod nano, and a 6-year old 160 gb iPod Classic. It took a bit of experimenting with the rubber ear ‘buds’ to find the pair that actually stays in my ears, but I love the sound reproduction, and non-tangling chords. Now The Beatles, Diana Krall, Genesis and YES have rarely sounded better! If you are in the market for a fine pair of headphones, allow me to suggest the Urbeats in-ear headphone collection—which was purchased by Apple, and is now the standard headphone for their iPod line. They have a 1-year warranty.

When I purchased these headphones I originally wanted to go with something that was Bluetooth, something in the $100 range. However most Bluetooth headsets at that price range sound a bit flat, so I decided to go with these because I would rather have good sound and continue dealing with a cord, then to have Bluetooth, but with flat sound.

Sounds extremely clear like if you were in a live concert
