The left earbud failed to work even before use, as soon as it was taken out of the box. The mic is also terrible

Excellent sound! Very suprised and impressed! The cord isn't too long or short, they fit perfect out of the box, comfortable to sleep in plus they do have magnets to keep them around your neck. The bass, wow, great bass and sound! I dont care about the wire, just wanted some quality buds at an affordable price and that's exactly what I got! They're perfect for my needs!

Broke after 8 months. One earphone just went out and I tried different devices to make sure it was the earbuds.

These are the second pair I bought. The first one only lasted for 6 months and stopped working.

I’ve always bought cheap headphones and wondered why I kept having to buy them. I decided to spend a little more on headphones and I’m surprised that I notice a difference in quality. The no tangle cord was the seller for me, along with the magnetic bud part. I haven’t had to in tangle them yet! These are a winner for me.

Decent sound & comfortable fit BUT volume controls only work for Apple products. I learned this only after I bought and used them. I have a Samsung and the volume controls on the headset don't work but the hang up/call/playback button work fine. I believed the headset to be defective untill I researched the problem. I guess Beats is team Apple.

I got a great deal on these from Best Buy. They fit well in my ear and sound great. Sound is crisp and clear. They look good and the color blends in with whatever I'm wearing. Small enough to take with you anywhere.

I haven't used them for a long time yet but so far they're good. At first there a faint buzzing sound and I considered returning them but the sound is gone now so I'm going to just make sure it doesn't come back or else I'll have to get another pair. Otherwise, everything is good with them!

I bought these Beats earbuds for my hubby and he loves them. It's crazy how great the bass is! Got them right after Cyber Monday for a great price.

The ear buds were not what I expected for the price. They were uncomfortable and sound want that great. Couldn't tell if the sound was impacted by the fact they wouldn't stay in my ears. Returned them and purchased another brand.

I bought these a couple of months ago to use during my workouts. The volume and play controls stopped working and I get sound fading when I place my iPhone in my pocket.

Apple factory headphones have better sound that these. They are heavy on treble and barely any bass. Some of the negative reviews had been on defective headphones. I almost wish I could blame the below average quality on defectiveness but they are just not what I was expecting considering the price. I paid the sale price of $39 and still feels too high.
