Love the beats and how lightweight they are. Sound great and the magnetic function for the earbuds is so simple but ingenious. Only downside is that it's not ip67 certified so be cautious when getting them wet with even sweat. No Geek Squad Protection and only Apple Care for one year is a bit of a disappointment.

Let me start by saying I don't think these headphones are perfect, but that's not the whole story. For me, Bluetooth headphones aren't quite where they need to be yet, but these, in my opinion, are as good as they come for now. What sold it for me was the excellent charging speed and battery life. These things charge faster than I could imagine and last for quite a while. The most important for me is that they can stay paired and around my neck all day so that I can pop them in at any point and not have to worry about whether they're charged. They also feel very premium, and look a little less goofy than some other wireless buds. They're also small, which is a plus since some can be bulky. I don't particularly like the two plastic bits where the power connector and button are, but it seems they act to keep the wire more centered in addition to housing the major components. I also dislike the fact that there is a dedicated power button in general when this could be handled by the more easily reached pause button. These also tend to fall out of my ears a lot but I never have luck with silicon tips so I can't say it's anything wrong with these. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend them as the best on the market right now, with the understand that the technology still has room to improve.

Great sound, my kids love that they are wireless. They have had wired beats in the past and quit using them eventually due to the bulkiness. They love the buds without sacrificing quality.

The sound is about what you'd expect from Bluetooth headphones. Make sure you get a solid, sealed fit to get the most bass and quality sound. Otherwise it will sound tinny and bass-less. I love the design with the magnetic tips. Makes it easy to wear them all day. Battery life is fine but the option to charge them in less than an hour makes it easy to always have them charged up. I recommend.

I first tried these on at a friend's and was impressed with the comfort & style so when they went on sale I bought a pair for myself. I excitedly opened the box but they didn't fit as well as I'd remembered...they kept popping out of my ears, which are small, even when I tried different tips. I figured I just needed to get to used to them because they fit so well at my friend's so I went ahead and made a phone call, during which the sound was amazing and I loved not being tethered to my device, so I was determined to keep them...until I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror! I have long hair and the white band was poking out in loops on the sides of my head in the oddest way, like some weird rubbery eyeglass chain. As I moved I also noticed that those loops kind of flopped about quite a bit, which made the earbuds feel not-so-wireless after all & felt annoying in my hair. I don't think I noticed either of these things before because my hair was pulled back so maybe it wouldn't be an issue for someone with short hair, but I returned these & ordered truly wireless Apple AirPods instead.

I honestly never paid attention to Beats products because the sound quality was never my liking but these are actually pretty great, the convenience of automatic switching with the W1 chip is incredible. The only thing I dislike is, depending on what you're listening to, it can sound somewhat loud and metallic, very SSSSS, if that makes any sense. Overall, great headphones for working out, typical listening and go-to if you have multiple Apple devices!!

Same charger as iPhone. Headphones don’t fall out. Great battery life and 5 minute charge gives me 2 hours and I use my laptop in school to charge as I use them. They fit in my pocket!

Bought these specifically to wear while wearing a helmet. They fit perfectly and great sounding. I've had bose sports and LG tone and so far these have been better than both of them.

So I have had a few bluetooth headphones before this one. I have had Skullcandy Samsung Level One Pro Beats 2 (wrap around ear) Tao Tronics and now this pair. I have also tested Sonys and JBLs The Lower end Sony and JBLs didn't make it out of the store. They were way too bass heavy and not to my style of liking at all. The Skull Candy were horrible. They sounded mediocre at best and even worse they couldn't keep the bluetooth signal. They also weren't very loud. The Samsungs sounded decent (not as great as the upper end 350$ Sony or Bose for 279) but acceptable. The larger issue with them was the fragility of the top of the headphones (really delicate material) and they they did not have enough volume. I could push them using an EQ program but then they would distort. I ended up buying these while on sale for 109.99 and I still have them. Setup was unbelievable easy on my iPhone 7 and they lock on and maintain their signal. I have gone about 30-40 ft easy and music still playing, no issue. Volume is easily enough to blast your eardrums depending on your music quality, and while the sound isn't as high as say the Bose, for less than half the price they are excellent for the value. You will need to realize however that the 6hr battery life is dependent on the volume you are pushing. They will easily dip below 6 hrs if you are close to max. The other feature I have used and appreciate is the quick charge feature on them. Being able to charge enough for about an hour or two with 10 min in the car is a nice plus. All in all I recommend these to 80% of the people out there. These may not satisfy the audiophile but gone are the days that Beats only pump out bass.

I had been looking for a pair of wireless headphones for awhile, because I use a newer iPhone without the headphone jack. I originally was going to go for the Powerbeats 3 but I really liked how the beatsx had a magnet to keep them secured around your neck, the sound quality is beats quality which isn’t bad, but isn’t for everyone. But all around good headphones.

Best range I've ever had on bluetooth. The Sony headphones I use at my desk start to cut out if I move five feet away. My Jaybird X2s cut out down the hall. With the beats, I can stay connected thru multiple walls maybe 30 feet away. The battery life is decent and gets me thru my day. For when it does die, the fast charge is awesome. Pairing is indeed easy, and works great *most* of the time, but I have had some fiddly issues w/ my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 8+. Hopefully those can be resolved via software updates. Overall, I would buy these again.

Solid earbuds with good sound. Battery lasts about 6 hours of full time use. They are pretty comfortable and stay in place on my neck. I don’t like how they just stop working with no warning when the battery runs out. It would be nice to have an audible sound to warn you when it gets low. Other than that, it’s a fantastic product. I’ve tried quite a few earbuds in this price range (Klipsch, Grado, etc.) and these are the best.

Beats kind of have a reputation for being over-priced and underwhelming. The Beats X are anything but that. Especially now that you can find them under $100 in most stores (including Best Buy) they are an excellent buy for the price. The sound clarity is great, with clear vocals and decent bass. Aesthetically, they are comfortable being worn around my neck all day. They have a low profile so they aren't very noticeable.

I bought these for my wife for Chirstmas. I had originally purchased her the Apple Ear Pods but they didnt fit her ear securely so I returned those and bought these instead. The sound quality on these wireless headphones are awesome. Great bass and still sound very crisp. The best thing about these headphones is the long lasting battery!...I would definitely recommend these to anyone searching quality wireless headphones.

These are great sounding ear buds. I wouldn't buy these if you plan on running in them. I do workout using them but they don't always stay put as I work my way though the gym. Compared to my LG's they sound cleaner and more balanced in highs and lows. Quick tip: If you do purchase these, and find that the cord protrudes out past your cheeks or flaps around, put them on around your neck and turn them 360 degrees putting a twist in the cable before inserting them into your ear. This seems to keep them closer to my neck and not faping around.

THE BEST HEADPHONES IVE EVER HAD. The packaging is superb! The headphones come with four different ear pieces so you can pick the ones that fit you best. The charging cable is the same as the iPhone cable. If you charge them for five minutes you get an hour of battery life. They have a great battery life. They block out background noise wonderfully The only downfall is the on and off button can be hard to push without nails.

So far no complaints. Sound is great, while talking on the phone the other end hears me just fine. No distortion nor any uncomfortable feeling in my ear. Great pair of earbuds.
