I received these earbuds February 22nd and instantly fell in love. They sound great, the fit is great and they are super convenient to carry around. The battery life was pretty decent. I would fully charge them before I go to work and use them off and on throughout my shift. Most days I had about 40-30% left towards the end of my shift. Now the not so great part. The earbuds completely stopped working last week. I charged them before work like I normally do but for some reason, I couldn't get them to connect to my phone. I tried resetting the headset but the indicator light went out. It wouldn't connect via Bluetooth or turn on. I tried again the next day and the indicator light was on and I got it to connect to my phone but it would only stay connected for a few seconds before shutting off. At this point, I was convinced that I received a faulty product so I contacted apple's customer service. They overnighted a box for me to ship the device back on 3/16 and I sent the device back the same day. They received it 3/17 and shipped out a replacement headset. My new ones should be here on the 20th. Hopefully these will last a little longer than my originals.

Was not a huge fan of the Powerbeats when working out. They deteriorated very fast. The BeatsX fit better, and are very durable. And, the sound is amazing.

Great headphones, excellent sound, comfortable, great look. The only downside for me is wearing them at the gym didn’t fly, the strap at the back that goes over your neck which contains battery, etc. weighs everything down and if you ever lay down(bench press, leg lifts, crunches, simply exhausted and waiting to die) you have to resituate them when you get up. Unless you die... then you will have looked good and heard great sounds up to that point

Easy to charge and hold it for a long time. The sound is great too. I also have no trouble with them staying on while exercising

I did a lot of research prior to buying these headphones. Beatsx are one of the most highly rated earphones on rtings.com. I originally set out to buy a set of AirPods (which I did), but then I saw Jaybird X3s on sale for $80. Why not? I bought a pair. The latency (lag between video and audio) was pretty bad. Even though they sounded incredible, I took them back. While I mostly listen to music with my headphones, I also watch a fair amount of video. Beatsx happen to also be on sale, so I made an exchange. The Beatsx had amazing sound and fit even better than the Jaybird X3. But, I was still curious. So, I bought AirPods. The AirPods were great for what they are: completely wireless headphones. It was nice not having any wires, and I felt completely free to move around. The sound was also reasonable considering they're just wireless EarPods. Unfortunately, the slippery white case slipped out of my pocket unnoticed at least twice while I was at my house. This freaked me out and made me think I might lose them pretty easily. That, on top of the fact that they cost $60 more than the Beatsx (at the time) prompted me to take them back. The only thing I don't like about the Beatsx is the cable. There's a pretty significant amount of cable noise if you're not careful about how you twist the cable when putting them on. The length took a while to get used to too. The length is also a positive though as you can take them off and let them hang around your neck all day. With the AirPods, if you take one out, you either hold it in your hand or put it back in the case. This is often really inconvenient. If you're using an iPhone, these are even better because you can take advantage of the W1 chip. This offers easy pairing, better sound quality, and better connection. I have not had the signal drop once, except when my phone was charging in my house and I moved the car into the driveway, but it just cut out a little and came back when I was in range. I did actually experience some stuttering the other day when I had another pair of bluetooth headphones connected at the same time, but I think that was due to my phone being a little confused. I forgot to mention battery life and the microphone. People I talk to on the phone say the microphone quality is great, and I have no complaints either. The battery life is as advertised, and maybe more. With intermittent use, these last me from the morning until the evening with battery to spare. They never shut off on their own unless they're disconnected, but they do have great standby time. For Beats , this product has literally no punch for an in ear headphone. Charges fast, built well. fairly comfortable . Connects seamlessly to iPhone/ iPad.

Quality is good but for the price you could do a little better. Buds are comfortable inside the ear which is a plus.

These are great Bluetooth earbuds. Very light and functional. Sound is crisp, clear and bass is just right. Everything you'd expect from Beats products

These headphones are very useful... For gym use - excellent. For at work use - even better. Easy to remove on from an ear to still hear my surroundings. Highly recommend for those looking for a pair of headphones that will last you a long time.

A couple of minor beefs with them. First, the on-off press length is neither signaled nor particularly clear. Second, the rubber ear pieces don't breath particularly well. Sound is excellent however.

I think it's easy to assume Beats didn't add water-resistance to these because they already make the PowerBeats3. But, I give the company the benefit of the doubt. That allows me to enjoy what the BeastX have to offer, which are decent sound quality, great comfy fit, and ease of use. I think you could go ahead and workout with them, but not in the rain, that's for sure. Anyway, the neckband style isn't the most suitable for working out.

It's very good. The sound is perfect, the battery working for a long time and connection is very good and easy! The design is beautiful and confortable

These headphones deliver! Great range and great bass. Love the neck strap and the magnets to keep earbuds connected. Bought these because lots of times at work it's not applicable to wear both buds. So being able to wear one side and have the other side dangle is great. And still having the quality of beats makes it perfect. Never any issues connecting and they hold a charge for awhile. I work 10 hours and haven't shut off while working yet. I don't always have music going but I don't turn them off until I leave work.

Headphones are awesome. Had them for months and i love the way they sound. Great for casual use. I find it hard to use when running or at the gym because the neck band moves around when you move. But i fixed that by tucking it inside my shirt.

Works well with both IOS and Android. Shows a battery meter on IOS devices, but not on Android. Uses an IOS connector as compared to the usual micro USB connector. The 15 min recharge is an added plus.

Reason for the 4 stars only is because i am an Android user. No idea when it's getting close to charge the headphone. Otherwise, sound quality is great. I use it at the gym and i dont have any issues.

I've always avoided Beats but these were on sale and I couldn't resist. I don't have an iPhone but they work fine with all of the devices. I can't compare these to Jaybird's but I have ATH m40x's and Sony extra bass earbuds. I'd say the sound is a mix between the two. The sound isn't muddy at all and the bass is there, a lot of bass. They are fun to listen too and sound isolation is good. I am not sure about durability yet. They seem well built but I'm worried about water. Overall, they are expensive but worth the money if you are looking for wireless earbuds.

The drawback of ALL Bluetooth headphones is, of course, battery life. Sound is great, connectivity to Apple devices is so convenient. It’s frustration to have to plug in yet another device every night.

I love my beats x headphones. They are so light weight and comfortable. I can literally wear them all day and the sound quality is superb.

Great sound quality: these are easy on the ears and easy to store. Very versatile with smart phone or computer connects seamlessly
