The viewing of the 2017 version of Beauty and the Beast recently created in us a longing for the original animated version. Beautifully Best Buy had it on their shelf. It is nice to have the option of viewing the different versions, but even better to hear the original score.....

I bought Beauty and the Beast for my 3 yr granddaughter's birthday. She is just now becoming really interested in Disney. She didn't move the whole time is was playing. She has at least a half dozen princess dresses she plays in. Hopefully she'll be building a great Disney library of movies

Walt Disney has put out quality entertainment for over 50 years, and this is just another example. Then there is the bonus of getting a Blu-Ray, a regular DVD and a digital copy that you can watch anywhere there is an Internet signal. What more could anyone want?

One of Disney's all-time classics receives a gorgeous steelbook to match. The artwork is beautifully minimal, tender, and sweet, just like the movie it's attached to. Any lovers of Disney and this lovely fairy tale should own it.

We previously only had this on DVD, and have ever purchased a prior Blu-ray version. Even though I wish Disney would have opted for a 3D version, or better yet get on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray bandwagon, I have to admit the picture has an almost 3 dimensional quality without any glasses.

Bought this for my daughter. It was an amazing movie when I was a kid and this was the best way I could imagine to commemorate it. The colors were wonderful and the steelbook works well with the rest of our collection.

This is one of my favorite Disney movies, as well as my daughter's. We previously had a burned DVD copy of the VHS version, so with the live action movie coming out soon, it was time to upgrade. The BD looks and sounds great as expected.A must have if you don't already own it!

This is an outstanding movie, and the treatment given to the Anniversary Edition is great. I still disagree with Disney's decision to vault/unvault movies, and the retail bluray prices are definitely on the high end, but if you want it its unfortunately the price of admission.

Superb quality blue-rays & dvds to go with them for friends & family who do not have a blue-ray player yet. Best Buy always has a wonderful selection & arguably some of the best prices in the retail industry. I bought these for my fiance & she was thrilled; still is.

What is there to say about Beauty and the Beast? This gorgeously animated movie adaptation still reigns supreme and has aged phenomenally well. This Anniversary edition allows Disney fanatics to add it to their collection amid the rise of the Disney + streaming option. It's just such a classic Disney movie that I felt it would be worth owning on for the odd occasions when I am at our cabin way out north. There might not be another universally liked film outside of The Wizard of Oz.

The steelbook is a marvel to look at, with the embossed rose sticking out and the lush back cover. It is highly recommended to watch this movie in 4K and to have this steelbook in your collection.

Just saw the new Beauty and the Beast and needed to have this original on DVD. After watching, I realized how much I missed these old movies and all the memories it brings back! Great film and it comes with a digital copy so you can take it with you on the go! Must have.

I had this movie in VHS and in laser disc. For almost how many years now when it was released and really worth watching it over and over and over again and again. My Kids loves watching before, now my grandkids love watching. One of my favorite. LOVE IT!!!

Found this while I was shopping for black Friday. Saw it was on sale, great Disney movie, so it had to be bought. Blue Ray movie so the graphics are up to date, audio is clear, and it's still a good movie to watch. Good movie for a family night, or with the kids.

This is one of the best Disney films of the new Disney era after the 80's. This bluray transfer looks crystal clear and this particular release includes 3 cuts of the film, and a sing along version. I enjoyed both the extended special edition cut and the work in progress cut

What's not to Love? Fairytales. Magic! Beauty and the Beast. Books Galore! Love! Music! A 25th anniversary was added to my collection. Bringing childhood memories back to share with the whole family.

Already had this movie on DVD but the Blu Ray disc is so much sharper. Plus the included digital copy is a plus! My granddaughter loves that she can stream this movie wherever she goes. Digital copies are great for when the grandkids get restless, especially in a restaurant.

My 2, 10 and 14 year olds love watching this movie together and singing all of the songs. One of my favorite things to see in my household is all the hecticness to stop and them to be mesmerized by a film that used to do the same to me at their ages (and still does!).

In the past I have been frustrated with buying a DVD that is subtitled but only for the main attraction. Happily, with this DVD they have subtitles on all the extras so I don't have to turn the volume up extra loud and chase my family out of the livingroom.
