Beauty and the beast and aladdin are my two favorite disney films, I felt like this movie did justice to the original, while adding a few new things, I still like the classic animated version better but I definitely enjoyed this movie, honestly my biggest complaint is Emma Watson as Belle, I think she is okay but way overrated and I don't feel like she really fits Belle and her singing skills are subpar, everyone else on the cast was great though

Beauty and the beast in the steel box packaging is such a handsome cover and beautiful out artwork.really enjoyed this film didn't see it in the theater and I waited for Best Buy do you carry the special addition great film for the whole family.

If you loved the animated version of Beauty and the Beast from 1991, you will love this Live Action version! Beautiful package and extra features included make for a great gift or for a nice addition to your personal collection of Disney movies.

I was very hesitant on purchasing this movie since a lot of remakes were not living up to the expectation. However, I was definitely excited about watching this movie and having an exclusive edition of the movie made it that much more worth it.

If you've seen the animated original, this is pretty much just a live action remake, almost scene by scene. But that's not a bad thing. It looks beautiful, the cast does a great job, and the few scenes that are different actually make it better.

The original animated Beauty and the Beast is one of my all time favorite Disney films. This definitely holds its own with the original story while bringing in some new, more expansive moments. Not a perfect film, but definitely worth the watch.

Beauty and the Beast for adults. Don't get me wrong, the original will always hold a place in my heart; this update was well welcomed with the closing of plot holes (Prince's age and Belle's mom) and the inclusion of the Beast's song 'Evermore'

Overall felt like the movie was a pretty good adaptation of the animated movie. Much like the original, if you aren't a big fan of musicals than this might not be for you. The steelbook artwork is great and makes the case really pop.

Disney is going strongly into the live-action remakes, and this was one of their better ones. A few new turns gave some added depth to the well-known story. Voices ranged from good to okay, I found Josh Gad's casting to be excellent. The transformed inhabitants of the castle were a bit of a shock, faces in objects look quite weird when it's not a cartoon! If you liked the original and don't mind that it's not exactly the same, I'd recommend it.

I love Beauty and the Beast as a child. The moral for me was more, seeing a lot more with the heart rather than with the eyes. And that love doesn't hold on too tightly. It was a great lesson growing up. Plus, talking furniture?! Awesome stuff!

What a wonderful live action version of this movie. I saw in the theater with my youngest granddaughter and had to add it to my own movie collection. It was done so well to show Belle as a strong woman, but kept the romance. Beautifully done.

What a fantastic update to an old classic! We saw this in the theater first and couldn't wait for it to come out! Caution to those with small children...the beast (although gentle and kind) is very life like and might be a bit scary for some.

Not only is the movie great, but the special features are the best ever. So informative and fun. They show how everything is done and how the Beast learns to dance on stilts. Who knew that it could take two and a half years to make one scene.

This movie had just enough extra added to it to make it different than the original but not a completely new version. All of the original songs are in it along with a few new ones and extra background for Belle. Loved it and would recommend.

i was really surprised how much i loved this movie!..i had heard all the negatives about it...but bought it any way...they brought the cartoon movie to life! the characters were great..the songs were great..very wmuch worth the investment!!!!

This is a great date night movie . I'm not always a huge fan of live action adaptions but this was great. Love the actors too

Slightly different than the Broadway musical and original animated film but really enjoyable to watch. A bit darker in tone but worth seeing Hermione belt out her singing voice! Wish I had the chance too have seen it in the cinema screen!

Whenever you see or purchase a Disney film, you always expect the best! This version of Beauty and the Beast did not fail! The characters are always beleveable and the acting and voice overs are perfect!. Can hardly wait to purchase Cars 3!

Maybe 1991 isn't far enough back to call a movie a classic, but I think the original, animated Disney's Beauty and the Beast qualifies. This new, live version is enjoyable, and I like the new songs and back story. I like how it answers some questions from the animated version (Like: how do these townspeople not know this huge castle is so close to their town?). It has its flaws as well, of course, but overall I think it's a well-done movie.

I picked this up for my wife first day and she was VERY happy! She grew up with these stories, and interned at Disney world, so she's a bit of a fan. Add Emma Watson as Belle, and she couldn't be more pleased with this" tale as old as time"!
