Saw this film in theatres when it first came out. It is fun movie all the way through. Much like the original animated film, the story is told pretty much the same way. Now my family and I can watch it at home on Blu-Ray disc.

Growing up I thought beauty and the beast was only for girls and refused to watch it......now that I have my own kids and this remake has come out....my 2 boys and I might even like this movie more than my wife and 2 daughters

We all loved this movie. The story is the same as the animated but it is so much better than the original. The cast of characters/actors were excellent and the costumes and set is magical. Even 2 guys in their 60's liked it!

Well done Disney! I'm never sure about remakes, but this was good!! It's definitely one of my all time favorite movies now. It's a great family movie and brings back fond memories of watching the animated version as a kid.

One of Disney’s very best, entertaining, and satisfying live action films from the animation original. The music was so good and memorable in in that I bought the soundtrack as well.

I am not a big fan of the live action remakes of the animated movies. With that said I really enjoyed this version. Acting is well done and it has a nice blend of realism mixed with the magical world. Overall, just well done.

Something about the music, the story and all the childhood memories made me tear up at the end of this movie. My 4 yr old daughter just LOVES this movie. I have to agree with her that we are lucky to get to watch it everyday!

While I am not one for "re-imagined" movies, *cough* Money Grab *cough*, this one is well done, and even better flushes out the story. A must see for all ages; whether or not you were ever a fan of Disney's animated version.

I have liked but not loved some of the recent live action adaptations of classic Disney animation but this one blew me away . The artistry and detail and over all feel of this film is breathtakingly beautiful . A work of art

I love everything about this movie. I love that it has the blu-Ray, DVD and digital copy. Those are the kind of movies I buy with both discs and digital. This movie is great overall. It's my fave Disney movie of all time.

This version is more true to the French version of Beauty and the Beast! It has darker aspects and twists that are missing in the animated version that is light-hearted. Adults will like this version with it's darker sides.

The actors were great, the music was splendid. The actor playing the Beast was great. The Bonus material was really great showing how the production took place and the Actor's comments as well the Director and all the crew.

Disney really knocked it out of the park with this movie. The last two live action movies they've done, Beauty and the Beast and Jungle Book, have been great! The animation is top notch and so are Emma Watson and the songs.

While Emma Watson may not have been my first choice to play Belle, she and the rest of the cast were a delight to watch in this live adaption! The story is timeless, and the effects were amazing! Great movie for the family!

I did not go see this in the theater with the rest of my family, and I have not yet watched it. However, my wife, son (10), and daughter (17) all loved it, and they were very happy when I brought it home for them.

I'm a fan of the original animated film and wasn't sure about the remake. I heard a lot of good reviews from people who saw it and loved it. It is slightly different than the original, but still has the charm (and music!)

Went see this in the theater with my wife and daughter. My daughter loved it and wanted it when it came out, we purchased it and had a family movie night. Very close to the original with some great additions to the story.

I might not love it as much as the animated version but I thought they did a really excellent job of bring it to life. Enjoyed the 3 new songs especially "Evermore". I know that it will be part of my permanent collection.

On its own, this is an absolute beauty of a movie in every sense, from direction, score, visuals, and cast. On top of that, this is an absolutely worthy retelling of one of the most beautiful stories Disney has to offer.

This is without a doubt the best live action movie Disney has made. Great new music with a new take on some of the old favorites. The movie was perfectly cast. Loved this movie and the steelbook was worth the extra money!
