I was a fan of the cartoon versions I watched as a kid. While they are similar to the live action, it was a bit strange seeing the story played out with a few extra songs and scenes. It was a good remake.

Disney's live action version of Beauty & The Beast feels less real, less emotionally engaging than the beloved animated original. The video transfer is excellent but the CGI doesnt do the story justice.

Some things just don't live up to the original. Though the actor portrayal's of these classic characters brought different inspiration to this adaptation my vote is still with the classic animated tale.

If you like musical movies you'll probably like this. It's very similar to the original animated movie except for some slight differences. Honestly the objects that come to life are a little creepy.

Don't get me wrong. It was a good show. But I hate movies that pretend they're outside, and it's obviously on a sound stage. And the Beast could have been sooooo much better. But still fun to watch

I not a huge Disney cartoon fans but I do like when they make the live action movie and of the recent releases this was prob my least fav. Good rent

I had a hard time enjoying the movie due to the fact that we all know the Disney animated version so well, and it seemed like there were unnecessary changes made to make it current I guess?

Obviously a great depiction of the cartoon, but I ordered a Steelbook and it was a bit bent and had a few dings on it. Since there's such a short supply of them, I couldn't get another one.

I still have mixed feelings over this remake. I most hate the movie and I think the addition of back story was stupid. I think they made Belle unlikable. And they RUINED the library scene.

Watched this and for whatever reason I thought this was going to be aimed more towards adults. I was wrong! It is definetly something my kids would enjoy but not worth seeing without them.

The major reason I bought this movie was Emma Watson. However, I felt she lacked emotion and engagement in this movie. Disappointed.

Not as timeless as the original. I know everything old is being turned into a live action movie these days. I would suggest passing on this if you haven't already.

Well I love the movie but was very disappointed when I received my package and opened it, the steelbook is simple and looks cheap I expected more for how it looks in the pictures.

If you like the original movie. don't watch this movie. You're going to find yourself comparing both movies and at the end you are going to find your self watching the original.

I'll take the original anyday over the live action. The characters didn't pull you in at all. Everything was stiff & the new versions of the songs were not as enjoyable either

The live action version started and continued to be slooooow...It was nice, but I wouldn't bother to watch it again. The original Disney Cartoon version was so much better.

Heard lots of people loved this movie so my girls wanted it. But after we watched it we weren't impressed with the changes they did. The original disney movie was better.

Bought this for my fiancee watched it togther story feels more rused compared to cartoon had a different feel to it Gaston was much smaller then he should be even though the actor himself is good seems to have some hidden pro feminist propaganda hidden if you pay close attention the scene where bell is locked away was chnaged also etc

Not half as good as the animated version. Entertaining, but lacking the umph that the cartoon had. Emily Watson is not the greatest singer and it shows through the film.

The movie goes and shows us things we hadn't seen in the animated movie, which is nice. However, with a lot of the directing directions are questionable. The movie is an okay watch. The songs are butchered. Characters are redefined for no reason. The changes made are not welcomed ones. Bad guys becoming good all of a sudden was off putting. Tonal issues are all over the place. Beast was basically a cute dog and not a beast. The more I think about the movie, the less I like about it unfortunately.
